تحلیل و تبیین مولفه های موثر تعاونی های روستایی بر توسعه روستایی (مطالعه موردی استان اردبیل)

تعاونی ها یک اهرم مناسب برای توسعه کشورها هستند که می توانند همگام باسیاست های دولت در بهبود شرایط زندگی، کار، تولید و ارتقا سطح درآمد و وضعیت اجتماعی، فرهنگی مردم موثر باشند؛ ازاین رو، تعاونی ها به عنوان یک نهاد مردمی می توانند نقش زیادی در توسعه همه جانبه روستاها داشته باشند. این پژوهش ازنظر ماهیت نوع پژوهش های کمّی، ازنظر میزان کنترل متغیرها از نوع غیرآزمایشی و ازنظر هدف از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی بوده و به روش توصیفی همبستگی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل کارشناسان تعاونی های استان اردبیل بود (144=n). حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول کرجسی -مورگان 104 نفر تعیین گردید. نمونه گیری به طور کاملاً تصادفی انتخاب شدند. افراد موردمطالعه با استفاده از پرسشنامه مورد پرسشگری و مصاحبه قرار گرفتند. در پژوهش حاضر ابزار اصلی گردآوری داده ها، پرسشنامه بوده است. روایی محتوایی در این تحقیق توسط اساتید حوزه تعاون و اساتید دانشگاه بررسی و تایید گردید تعیین پایایی ابزار تحقیق نیز با استفاده از 30 پرسشنامه در مراحل اولیه پرسشگری، پیش آزمون انجام گرفت و مقدار آلفای کرونباخ آن با استفاده از نرم افزار spss نسخه 21 محاسبه گردید. ضریب آلفای کرونباخ پرسشنامه در بخش های مختلف بین 0.817 الی 0.983 محاسبه شد. نتایج تحلیل عاملی تاییدی نوع دوم نشان داد که موثرترین عامل‌ها به ترتیب شامل توسعه آموزش، اصلاح و بهبود اقتصاد روستا، اشتغال زایی وکاهش مهاجرت، بهبود اقتصاد خانوار، گسترش فرهنگ مشارکتی، توسعه صنعت، بهبود خدمات رفاهی و توسعه کشاورزی می باشد

analysis and explanation of effective components of rural cooperatives on rural development (case study of ardabil province)

in the 21st century, cooperatives are a good lever for the development of countries that can be effective in improving living conditions,production and raising the level of income and social and cultural status of the people in line with government policies. cooperatives people’s institution can play a great role in the comprehensive development of villages. this research is a quantitative research in nature. in terms of control of variables, non-experimental and in terms of purpose is applied research and has been done by descriptive-correlation method. the statistical population of the study included cooperative experts of ardabil province (n = 144 people). the sample size was determined 104 people using morgan table. simple random sampling method was randomly selected. the subjects were questioned and interviewed using a questionnaire. in the present study, the main tool for data collection was a questionnaire. the content validity of the tools used in this study was reviewed and confirmed by professors in the field of cooperation and university professors. in order to determine the reliability of the research tool, a pre-test was performed using 30 questionnaires in the early stages of questioning and its cronbach’s alpha value was calculated using spss software version 21. the results of the second type confirmatory factor analysis showed that the most effective factors include development of education, reform and improvement of rural economy, job creation and reduction of migration, improvement of household economy, expansion of participatory culture, development of industry, improvement of welfare services and agricultural development.
