اولویت بندی موانع توسعه کشاورزی در مناطق روستایی شهرستان سراوان

پژوهش حاضر با هدف اولویت‌بندی موانع توسعه کشاورزی روستایی شهرستان سراوان در استان سیستان و بلوچستان انجام شده است. برای اولویت بندی موانع توسعه کشاورزی روستایی از رویکرد تصمیم‌گیری چند معیاره مبتنی بر روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی (ahp) استفاده شد. 20 نفر از صاحب‌نظران اجرایی و دانشگاهی فعال در حوزه کشاورزی و توسعه روستایی به‌صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند و نظر آنان در قالب پرسش‌نامه جمع‌آوری شد. براساس نتایج بدست آمده از این پژوهش، مهم‌ترین موانع موثر بر توسعه کشاورزی روستایی در سراوان به ترتیب ضعف و عدم حمایت مناسب از کشاورزان، موانع اقتصادی، موانع محیطی، موانع زیرساختی و ساختاری، موانع انگیزشی و نگرشی و موانع اطلاعات و دانش کشاورزان بودند. موانع ضعف و عدم حمایت مناسب از کشاورزان با بیشترین اهمیت و موانع اطلاعات و دانش کشاورزان با کمترین اهمیت بر توسعه کشاورزی روستایی شهرستان تاثیر گذار بوده‌اند.

prioritizing the barriers to agricultural development in rural areas of saravan

the aim of this study was to prioritize the barriers to rural agricultural development in saravan county in sistan and baluchistan province. to prioritize the barriers to rural agricultural development, a multi-criteria decision-making approach based on the analytic hierarchy process (ahp) was used. 20 executive and academic experts active in the field of agriculture and rural development were purposefully selected and their opinions were collected in the form of a questionnaire. according to the results of this study, the most important barriers affecting the development of rural agriculture in saravan were weakness and lack of proper support of farmers, economic barriers, environmental barriers, infrastructure and structural barriers, motivational and attitudinal barriers and farmers’ information and knowledge barriers respectively. weakness and lack of proper support of farmers’ barriers with the most importance and barriers to information and knowledge of farmers with the least importance have affected the development of rural agriculture in the county.
