بررسی عملکرد مالی شبکه‌ تعاونی های روستایی استان گیلان پس از اجرای طرح خریدوفروش متمرکز نهاده های کشاورزی

گسترش روزافزون شبکه های توزیع و فروش کالا و همچنین تنوع تامین کنندگان داخلی و شیوه های متنوع تامین کالا از سوی دیگر و نوسان قیمت ها، موجب پیچیدگی در فرایند خرید کالا گردیده و مدیریت هزینه ها را ضروری می نماید. هدف اصلی این پژوهش، بررسی عملکرد مالی شبکه تعاونی های روستایی استان گیلان پس از اجرای طرح خرید و فروش متمرکز نهاده های کشاورزی است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی، به لحاظ روش پژوهش توصیفی تحلیلی و روش گردآوری اطلاعات نیز به صورت اسنادی می باشد. در راستای تحقق اهداف پژوهش اطلاعات مالی 91 واحد تعاونی در یک بازه هفت ساله از سال 1390 تا 1396 مورد بررسی و تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. روش شناسی تحقیق از نوع پس رویدادی (با استفاده از اطلاعات گذشته) می باشد. با توجه به ماهیت ترکیبی داده ها از رگرسیون ترکیبی و نرم افزار eviews برای تجزیه و تحلیل آماری استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که نسبت بدهی به دارایی یا اهرم مالی، اندازه تعاونی، تسهیلات دریافتی تعاونی و موهومی زمان اجرای طرح تجمیع اثر معکوس (منفی) بر حقوق صاحبان سهام تعاونی ها طی بازه زمانی مورد مطالعه دارند. در این بین، اثر معکوس بدهی به دارایی، اندازه تعاونی و تسهیلات به ترتیب در سطح پنج، یک و یک درصد خطای آماری معنی دار بود. همچنین، طی بازه زمانی مورد مطالعه، سرمایه تعاونی، فروش تعاونی، نسبت جاری تعاونی و نسبت آتی تعاونی اثر مستقیم (مثبت) و معنی داری آماری در سطح یک درصد خطا بر حقوق صاحبان سهام دارند.

Investigation of financial performance of rural cooperatives network of Guilan province after implementation of centralized agricultural purchase and sale plan

Expansions of distribution and sales networks as well as diversification of domestic suppliers and diversified supply methods and also, price fluctuations make purchasing process complex and cost management necessary. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the financial performance of rural cooperatives network of Guilan province after implementation of centralized agricultural purchase and sale plan. This research is applied in terms of purpose, descriptiveanalytical in terms of research method and the documentary method of data collection is also used. In order to fulfill the research objectives, the financial information of 91 cooperative units was studied and analyzed over a sevenyear period from 2011 to 2016. The research methodology is a postevent type (using past information). Due to the panel nature of the data, panel regression and Eviews software were used for statistical analysis. The results showed that the ratio of debt to asset or financial leverage, size of cooperative, cooperative loans, and dummy variable for mentioned plan implementation had an indirect (negative) effect on cooperative ROE during the understudy period. Meanwhile, the negative effect of leverage, size and loans was statistically significant at the five, one and one percent levels, respectively. Also, during the study period, cooperative capital, cooperative sales, cooperative current ratio and cooperative futures ratio had a direct (positive) and statistically significant effect on ROE at one percent level.
