بررسی عوامل کلیدی دیرپایی شرکت‌های تعاونی کارآفرین تحت پوشش صندوق ضمانت سرمایه‌گذاری تعاون

چگونگی شکل‌گیری تعاونی‌های کشورهای توسعه‌یافته نقش اساسی آنها را در توسعه‌ این کشورها نشان داده است. این واقعیت توجه هر چه بیشتر به بخش تعاون را در برنامه‌ریزی‌های توسعه‌ تعاون برای برنامه‌ریزان نمایان می‌سازد. این  مطالعه با هدف شناسایی عوامل دیرپایی (‏پایداری) در شرکت‌های تعاونی تحت پوشش صندوق ضمانت سرمایه‌گذاری در تهران انجام گرفت. به‏این‏منظور، ابتدا چارچوب کار با استفاده از مطالعات و تحقیقات مرتبط پیشین فراهم آمد، سپس با استفاده از روش دلفی خبرگان و با نمونه گیری قضاوتی و زنجیره ای سعی شد تا الگوی صحیح مطابق نظر خبرگان تهیه و تدوین شود و سرانجام، شناسایی عوامل موثر بر دیرپایی شرکت‌های تعاونی صورت گیرد. جامعه‌ آماری را شرکت های تعاونی کارآفرین متقاضی دریافت ضمانت نامه در صندوق ضمانت سرمایه گذاری تعاون تشکیل دادند. برخی از مدیران عامل، اعضای هیئت مدیره و مدیران تعاونی، در فرایند دلفی نخبگان شرکت داشتند. برپایه‌ نتایج، مراحل چهارگانه‌ دلفی طی شد و درنهایت، الگوی تاییدشده‌ خبرگان با ابعاد چهارگانه و شاخص‌های متعدد مربوط به عوامل دیرپایی شرکت‌های کارآفرین تدوین شد. این ابعاد عبارت بودند از :ایده، فرایند، محیط و عامل که هرکدام دارای شاخص هایی موثر در دیرپایی سازمان بودند.

Investigating the key factors of viability of entrepreneurial cooperatives (A Case Study of Entrepreneurial Cooperatives Covered by the Cooperative Investment Guarantee Fund)

< p >Introduction: Looking at how developed country cooperatives are formed, many of these countries have been able to provide food, supply needed labor for industry, conversion and supplement industries, as well as create market for the consumption of manufactured goods, by preventing price increases. Etc. play an essential role. This fact shows more and more attention to the cooperative sector in cooperative development planning for planners. The purpose of this study was to identify longterm sustainability factors in cooperatives covered by the Investment Guarantee Fund in Tehran. In this regard, a qualitative approach was used to identify and formulate the factors affecting the viability of cooperatives and Delphi method was used. The target population of this study is entrepreneurial cooperatives applying for a guarantee in cooperative venture fund. Some CEOs, board members and cooperatives were involved in the elite Delphi process. Results: The Delphi 4 stages were followed and finally the approved Board of Experts with four dimensions and multiple indices related to longevity factors of entrepreneurial firms were formulated. Outcome: These dimensions are: idea, process, environment and factor, each of which has indicators that influence the organization’’s longevity.
