توسعه اشتغال دانش‏بنیان در بخش تعاونی های کشاورزی بر اساس روش داده بنیاد

این تحقیق به منظور بررسی توسعه اشتغال دانش بنیان در بخش تعاونی های کشاورزی انجام گرفت. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی توسعه ای و از نظر روش تحقیق، از نوع آمیخته کیفی و کمی بود. در مرحله اول، از نظریه داده بنیاد برای ساخت مدل مفهومی به‏منظور تبیین توسعه اشتغال دانش بنیان در بخش تعاونی های کشاورزی استفاده شد. در بخش کیفی، خبرگان آشنا با موضوع توسعه اشتغال دانش بنیان در بخش تعاون و تعاونی های کشاورزی استان آذربایجان شرقی نمونه آماری پژوهش را تشکیل دادند. با توجه به کفایت نمونه گیری و اشباع نظری، 15 نفر از این افراد به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و روش گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند. برای تجزیه وتحلیل داده ها از فرایند سه مرحله ای کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی استفاده گردید. در بخش کمی پژوهش، جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل کلیه اعضای شرکت های تعاونی کشاورزی استان آذربایجان شرقی بودند که نمونه آماری بر اساس توصیه های استفاده از مدل های تاییدی برابر 250 نفر تعیین شد. به منظور جمع آوری داده ها از پرسش نامه محقق‏ساخته بر اساس مدل پارادایم و مقوله های فرعی و مفاهیم مرحله کیفی پژوهش استفاده شد. برای تجزیه وتحلیل داده ها از تحلیل عاملی تاییدی استفاده گردید. نتایج بخش کمی پژوهش نشان داد که همه مدل های تاییدی به شکل مناسبی تدوین شده است.

Study the Development of Knowledgebased Employment in the Agricultural Cooperative with Grounded Theory

The purpose of this research is to explore strategies for developing knowledgebased employment in the agricultural cooperative. The present research is applied to the research purpose, applieddevelopment, and in terms of the method of research, it is a qualitative and quantitative mixture. In the first stage, using the Grounded Theory, a conceptual model has been used to explain the strategies for developing knowledgebased employment in the agricultural cooperative. In the qualitative section, experts familiar with the issue of developing knowledgebased knowledge in the Cooperation formed the statistical sample of research. According to the adequacy of sampling and theoretical saturation, 15 people were selected through purposeful sampling and bulletshot sampling method. To analyze the data, a three stage, open, axial and selective coding process has been used. In the quantitative part of the research, the statistical population of the study included all the members of the agricultural cooperative. The statistical sample of the research was based on the recommendations of the use of confirmatory models of 250 members. In order to collect data, a researchermade questionnaire was used based on the subcategories and the concepts derived from the qualitative research stage and based on the paradigm model. A confirmatory factor analysis has been used to analyze the data. The results of a small part of the research show that all validation models have been formulated appropriately.
