آسیب‏شناسی زنجیره ارزش کارآفرینی در کسب‏وکارهای روستایی (مطالعه موردی تعاونی‏های روستایی استان کرمانشاه)

این مطالعه به روش توصیفی تحلیلی با هدف آسیب‏شناسی ابعاد زنجیره ارزش پورتر در کسب‏وکارهای روستایی استان کرمانشاه، از دیدگاه فعالان بخش تعاون، با استفاده از تکنیک تاپسیس فازی انجام گرفت. جامعه آماری تحقیق را 145 نفر از فعالان برتر (به تشخیص اداره  تعاون، کار و رفاه اجتماعی و اداره کل صنعت، معدن و تجارت استان کرمانشاه) بخش تعاون استان تشکیل دادند. تجزیه‏ و تحلیل دادها با استفاده از تکنیک تاپسیس فازی صورت پذیرفت. نتایج رتبه‏بندی نشان داد از میان 5 دسته موانع زنجیره ارزش کسب‏وکارهای تعاونی روستایی، نبود سازوکار صحیح تامین منابع مالی در عرصه کسب و کارهای تعاون روستایی مهم‏ ترین چالش این زنجیره است. بر پایه نتایج نمودارعنکبوتی، کارآفرینان فعال دربخش خدماتی عدم آموزش مهارت های کارآفرینی، فعالان بخش دامپروری عدم سیاست گذاری و نبود حمایت‏های صحیح دولتی و کارآفرینان بخش کشاورزی ضعف مشاوره تخصصی و نبود مشاوران متخصص در زمینه‎های شغلی به همراه نبود سازوکار صحیح تامین منابع مالی را از مهم‏ترین موانع زنجیره ارزش در توسعه کسب‏ و کارهای تعاونی روستایی برشمردند.

A Pathology of Entrepreneurial Value Chain in Rural Businesses(Case Study: Rural Cooperatives of Kermanshah Province)

This descriptiveanalytical study The purpose of pathological evaluation of Porter value chain From the perspective of rural cooperative activists in Kermanshah province, using fuzzy TOPSIS technique. The statistical population of the study consisted of 145 top activists (Administration Cooperatives, Work and Social Welfare  Kermanshah Province and Industry, Mine & Trade office) and Provincial Cooperative formed.Data were analyzed using fuzzy TOPSIS technique.The ranking results showed that out of the five categories of barriers to the value of rural cooperative businesses,, the Lack of proper financing mechanism  in the field of rural cooperative businesses is the most important challenge of this chain. According to the results of the Spider Diagram, entrepreneurs in the service activists lacked entrepreneurial skills training, livestock sector activists lack of policy making and lack of proper government support and agricultural entrepreneurs lacked specialized counseling and lack of specialized consultants in the field. Proper financing mechanism  in  identified as the most important barriers to value chain development in rural cooperative businesses.
