بررسی عوامل اجتماعی موثر بر مشارکت اعضای تعاونی‏های تولیدی کشاورزی و مقایسه آن با تعاونی‌های تولیدی صنعتی در استان تهران

هدف این تحقیق پیمایشی بررسی عوامل اجتماعی موثر بر مشارکت اعضای تعاونی‎های تولیدی کشاورزی و مقایسه آن با تعاونی‎های صنعتی در استان تهران است. به این منظور، داده‏ها با استفاده از پرسش‏نامۀ محقق ساخته جمع‏آوری شد. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش کلیۀ اعضای تعاونی‏های استان تهران یعنی16960 عضو بوده است. از میان این تعداد، 400 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه‏گیری خوشه‏ای چند مرحله‏ای برای پاسخ به پرسش‏نامه‏ها انتخاب شدند. یافته‏ها نشان داد که میزان مشارکت در تعاونی‏های تولیدی استان تهران با میانگین 46 از  100 در حد پایین است. در مقام مقایسه، مشارکت در تعاونی‏های صنعتی با میانگین 52 بیشتر از مشارکت در تعاونی‏های کشاورزی با میانگین 37 است. میزان مشارکت اعضا در تعاونی‏ها به ترتیب با متغیرهای سرمایۀ اجتماعی، باورهای مشترک، آگاهی از اصول تعاونی، میزان ذهنیت وابسته به دولت (دولت‏گرایی) اعضای تعاونی، سود دریافتی از تعاونی و پایگاه اجتماعی اعضای تعاونی همبستگی معنی‏دار دارد. در کل، متغیرهای مذکور قادرند 39% تغییرات میزان مشارکت اعضای تعاونی‏های‏کشاورزی را پیش بینی کنند. گفتنی است از نظریه‏های مشارکت و سرمایۀ اجتماعی برای تبیین یافته‏ها استفاده شد.

Investigating the Social Factors that Influence Participation in Agricultural Cooperatives and Comparison with Industrial Cooperatives inTehran Province

This main purpose of this study was to investigate the factors that influence the participation in agricultural cooperatives and comparing with industrial cooperatives in Tehran province. Using survey method the data collected by administrating self constructed questionnaire. The population of this study included all the members of the cooperatives in Tehran province 16,960. Using Multistage cluster sampling 400 members were randomly selected to answer the questionnaires. Findings indicated that the mean average of participation for all respondents were 46 on a scale from zero to hundred. Also, mean average of participation for members of agricultural cooperatives was 37. Also it was found that the social capital, the shared beliefs of members of cooperatives, the amount of dividends received from cooperatives, the amount of awareness from cooperative principles, the amount of mental dependence to state union and the social statues had significant relation with participation of all members of productive cooperatives. Also, regression analysis showed that all independent variables had significant effect on the variance of participation for all members of productive cooperatives with 39% coefficient. The results were explained by applying implications of sociological theories of participation and theories of social capital.
