ارزیابی تطبیقی موفقیت شرکت‌های تعاونی تولید روستایی با دیگر نظام‌های بهره‌برداری کشاورزی (مطالعه موردی: شهرستان‎های کاشان و آران و بیدگل)

چکیده تحقیق کمی حاضر با هدف ارزیابی تطبیقی موفقیت تعاونی‌های تولید روستایی در مقایسه با دیگر نظام‌های بهره‌برداری کشاورزی انجام شد. جامعه آماری این تحقیق بهره‌برداران بخش کشاورزی شهرستان‎های کاشان، آران و بیدگل بودند(2700=n) که تعداد 486 نمونه به صورت طبقه‌ای تناسبی از بین 5 نوع نظام بهره‌برداری و سه منطقه جغرافیایی انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات پرسش‎نامه محقق‎ساز بود که روایی آن از طریق پانل متخصصان و پایایی آن با استفاده از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ مورد تایید قرار گرفت. داده‎ها و اطلاعات به دست آمده از طریق مطالعات میدانی و تکمیل پرسش‎نامه‌ها با استفاده از نرم‎افزار spss16 و بهره‌گیری از آماره‌های توصیفی، آزمون anova و دانکن تجزیه و تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد که تعاونی‌های تولید روستایی از نظر تمام شاخص‌های مورد ارزیابی(اجتماعی، فنی، اقتصادی و مدیریتی) با دیگر نظام‌های بهره‌برداری کشاورزی دارای تفاوت معنی‌داری است به گونه‎ای که از نظر شاخص اجتماعی و فنی در رتبه اول و از لحاظ شاخص اقتصادی و مدیریتی پس از نظام تجاری در رتبه دوم قرار دارد.

Comparative Assessment the Success of Rural Production Cooperatives with other Agricultural Utilization Systems (Case study: Townships of Kashan, and Aran Bidgol)

Abstract This quantitative research was carried out with the aim of comparatively assess the success of rural production cooperatives in comparison with otheragricultural utilization systems. Statistical population of this research were agricultural beneficiaries in Kashan, Aran and Bidgol Townships (N=2700) that 486 Samples were selected through stratified random sampling from three geographical region and five kind of system operation. Data were collected using a questionnaire instrument. Validity of the questionnaire was obtained through a panel of experts and reliability was obtained through Cronbach’s alpha. Data were analyzed by using SPSS16 and applying descriptive statistics, ANOVA and Duncan’s test. Results revealed that the rural production cooperatives in all evaluated parameters (social, technical, economic and management) has a significant difference with other agricultural operation systems. Rural production cooperatives in comparison with other agricultural operation systems of the social and technical Index in the first place but in economy and management Index is in second place after the trading system.
