رابطه تعاونی‌های تولید روستایی با پایداری اجتماعی و اقتصادی جوامع روستایی استان گیلان

با توجه به نقش و اهمیت تعاونی‌های تولید روستایی در پایداری اجتماعی و اقتصادی جوامع روستایی، هدف کلی پژوهش حاضر بررسی این نقش در روستاهای استان گیلان بود. داده‌های موردنیاز این تحقیقِ توصیفی همبستگی با به‌کارگیری پرسش‏نامه، از 184 شالی‌کار عضو و غیرعضو تعاونی، که با روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای انتخاب شدند، گردآوری شد. روایی پرسش‏نامه توسط پانل متخصصان و تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و پایایی آن از طریق آزمون آلفای کرونباخ تایید گردید. پایایی کل مقیاس پایداری اجتماعی و اقتصادی به ترتیب برابر با 0.860 و 0.641 محاسبه شد. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان داد که بیش از نیمی از شالی‌کاران عضو و غیرعضو از نظر سطح پایداری اقتصادی (56 درصد)، پایداری اجتماعی (58.2 درصد) و پایداری کل (72.3 درصد) در سطح نیمه‌پایدار قرار دارند. همچنین اغلب متغیرهای ویژگی‌های ساختاری و نیمی از متغیرهای ویژگی‌های مالی تعاونی‌های تولید با هر دو بعد پایداری اقتصادی و اجتماعی دارای رابطه مثبت و معنی‌دارند، اما رابطه میان ویژگی‌های مدیریتی تعاونی‌های تولید با پایداری اقتصادی و اجتماعی به لحاظ آماری معنی‌دار نبود. میان اعضای تعاونی‌های تولید روستایی و غیراعضا نیز از نظر پایداری اقتصادی تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود دارد، درحالی‌که به لحاظ پایداری اجتماعی تفاوتی بین این دو گروه مشاهده نشد.

The Role of Rural Production Cooperatives in Sustainable Social and Economic Development of Rural Communities of Guilan Province

Rural production cooperatives, as organizations that had at the same time strong economic and social dimensions, form an important part of the organization formed by the membership and management of villagers. Regarding the role and importance of these companies in sustainable rural development, the overall aim of this study is to investigate the role of rural production cooperatives in sustainable social and economic development of rural communities of Guilan province. This research was descriptivecorrelational. Data was collected using a questionnaire from 184 members and nonmembers selected by cluster sampling. Validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by a panel of experts and exploratory factor analysis and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach’s alpha. The research findings show that more than half of the members and nonmembers are assessed for the level of economic stability, social sustainability and overall sustainability at the semisustained level, and only a small fraction of the beneficiaries are in sustainable conditions. The results of the research showed that there was a significant difference between the members of the rural production cooperatives in terms of economic stability, while there was no difference in terms of social stability between the two groups. Also, structural and financial factors of production cooperatives had,  a positive and significant relationship with both economic and social sustainability, but the relationship between managerial characteristics of production cooperatives and economic and social sustainability is not statistically significant.
