بررسی سطح آگاهی پرستاران از استانداردهای شرح وظایف خود در بخش‌های مراقبت ویژه بیمارستان‌های شهرستان بروجرد در سال 1395

مقدمه: کمبود اگاهی پرستاران از قوانین و استاندارد شرح وظایف حرفه ای خود، بزرگ ترین مانع برای تحقق رسالت آنها در ارائه خدمات بهداشتی، مراقبتی، درمانی و توانبخشی در بالاترین سطح مطلوب است. در همین راستا مطالعه ای با عنوان تعیین سطح اگاهی پرستاران از استانداردهای شرح وظایف خود در بخش های ویژه تدوین شده است.روش کار: پژوهش حاضر مطالعه ای توصیفی -مقطعی بر روی 94 پرستار شاغل در بخش های ویژه (icu, ccu, nicu) بیمارستان های دولتی بروجرد، با نمونه گیری به روش سرشماری انجام شده است. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه اطلاعات جمعیت شناختی و شرح وظایف تخصصی و عمومی پرستاری در بخش های ویژه بود که بعد از تایید روایی و پایایی آن به صورت خود گزارش دهی توسط نمونه های پژوهش تکمیل گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با آزمون های اماری توصیفی و استنباطی مناسب و نرم افزار spss نسخه 21 انجام شد.یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین میانگین نمره آگاهی پرستاران هر سه بخش تفاوت آماری معناداری وجود نداشت (06/0 = p)، اما بر اساس سن و سنوات خدمت در بخش ویژه تفاوت آماری معناداری وجود داشت (05/0 > p)؛ همچنین بر حسب سن به تفکیک بخش ها و نوع استخدام در هر سه بخش تفاوت معناداری وجود نداشت (05/0< p). همبستگی خطی مثبت متوسط معناداری بین نمره سطح آگاهی و سنوات کل خدمت پرستاران برابر 42/0 (001/0 >p) وجود داشت. همچنین سطح آگاهی پرستاران در رابطه با وظایف مشترک خود با پزشکان و سایر پرسنل درمان در سطح مطلوبی نبود.نتیجه گیری: شناسایی عوامل مرتبط با سطح آگاهی پرستاران از شرح وظایف خود، مدیران و مسولان بهداشت و درمان را در برنامه ریزی برای رفع نواقص در جهت ارتقای سلامت جامعه یاری می نماید.

The Knowledge of Nurses on Standards of Job Description at the Intensive Care Units of Broujerd Hospitals, 2016

Introduction: Nurses' awareness of the rules and standards of their professional duties, the biggest obstacle to their mission in providing health services, care, treatment, and rehabilitation at the highest level is desirable. This study aimed at determining the level of nursersquo;s knowledge on the standards of care at intensive care units.Methods: This descriptive cross sectional study on 94 nurses at the ICU (ICU, CCU and NICU) of government hospitals in Boroujerd, was done by sampling throught the census method. The used tools consisted of demographic, general, and specialized nursing duties at intensive care units, and the validity and reliability of the samples was measured by a selfreport. Descriptive and inferential statistical analysis was performed by SPSS software version 21.Results: The results showed that mean scores of nurses in the 3 sections were not significantly different (P = 0.06), yet based on age and years of service, there was a statistically significant difference (P 0.05). Also, the section breakdown by age and type of employment in the 3 sections indicated that there was no significant difference (P gt; 0.05). There was a moderate positive linear correlation between knowledge score and years of service (0.42; P 0.001). However, nurses' awareness about common tasks was not desirable compared to physicians and other health care personnel.Conclusions: Nursesrsquo; awareness of their mission, and management and official plans for promoting deficiencies in this regard could help promote health.nbsp;
