بررسی تاثیر آموزش اخلاق حرفه ای بر درک پرستاران تازه کار از شرایط و جو اخلاقی محیط کار

مقدمه: رعایت اخلاق حرفه ‏ای در پرستاران تازه‏کار، چون تجربه تصمیم‏گیری اخلاقی ندارند بیشتر تحت تاثیر جو و شرایط اخلاقی محیط کار است. هدف این مطالعه تعیین تاثیر آموزش اخلاق حرفه‏ای بر درک پرستاران تازه‏کار از شرایط و جو اخلاقی محیط کار بود. روش: این یک مطالعه نیمه‏تجربی است. 60 پرستار تازه‏کار در اهواز، بصورت در دسترس براساس معیارهای ورود به مطالعه انتخاب و بصورت تصادفی در دو گروه مداخله و کنترل قرار گرفتند. ابزارهای گرداوری داده، پرسشنامه‏های اطلاعات دموگرافیک، جو اخلاقی بیمارستان اولسون و  درک پرستاران از شرایط محیط کار لیک بود گروه مداخله 8 جلسه آموزش اخلاق حرفه‏ای دریافت کرد. گروه کنترل آموزشهای بیمارستان را دریافت نمود. در ابتدا و پایان مطالعه، نمونه‏ها به پرسشنامه‏ها پاسخ گفتند. داده‏ها با آزمون‏های توصیفی و استنباطی در نرم‏افزار spss20 تحلیل شدند. یافته ها: میانگین نمره درک پرستاران از جو اخلاقی و شرایط محیط کار و مولفه های آنها، قبل از مطالعه در دو گروه اختلاف معنادار نداشت، اما بعد از مطالعه در گروه مداخله نمره مولفه های اخلاقی مرتبط با بیمارستان و نمره مولفه‏های مشارکت در اداره بیمارستان و زیرساخت‌های پرستاری برای ارتقا کیفیت مراقبت در متغیر شرایط محیط کار، در گروه مداخله بیشتر ارتقا یافت (0.05>p).بحث و نتیجه گیری: آموزش اخلاق حرفه‏ای، درک پرستاران تازه‏کار از شرایط و جو اخلاقی محیط کار را ارتقا داد. لذا باید مدیران به موضوع اخلاق حرفه‏ای در آموزشهای ضمن خدمت پرستاران توجه داشته باشند. 

the impact of professional ethics training on novice nurses’ perceptions of ethical conditions and climate in the work environment

introduction: observing professional ethics in novice nurses, because they do not have experience in making ethical decisions, is more affected by the ethical climate and conditions of the workplace. aim: this study aimed to determine the impact of professional ethics training on novice nurses’ perceptions of ethical conditions and climate in the work environment methods: this study was a semi-experimental. the research samples included 60 novice nurses in ahvaz, was selected through convenience sampling based on inclusion criteria and allocated to intervention and control groups randomly. the data collection tools included demographic questionnaires, hospital ethical climate survey, and nurses’ perceptions of conditions in the work environment. the intervention group received eight sessions of professional ethics training, while the control group received the hospital training. at the first and end of the study, both groups respond to the questionnaires. the research data were analyzed using spss 20.result: the mean score of nurses’ perception of the ethical climate and workplace conditions and their components did not differ significantly between the two groups before the study, in the intervention group after the study the score of the ethical climate component related to the hospital and the score of the components of participation in hospital administration and nursing infrastructure to improve the quality of care (p<0.05).discussion and conclusion: professional ethics training improved novice nurses’ perception of the conditions and ethical climate of the workplace. therefore, it must that manager’s pay attention to the issue of professional ethics in the initial and in-service training of nurses.
