چکیده
|
مقدمه: با توجه به تاثیر برنامه های درسی در ایفای نقش ها و وظایف، انجام پژوهش برای شناسایی نقاط ضعف و قوت برنامه درسی ضروری است. مطالعات تطبیقی یکی از راهبردهای ارتقای کیفیت و اعتباریابی نظام های آموزشی می باشد. این مطالعه با هدف مقایسه تطبیقی برنامه دوره ی دکتری پرستاری در ایران و دانشکده پرستاری مک مستر کانادا انجام شد.روش کار: مطالعه حاضر بر اساس رویکرد توصیفی- تطبیقی و با استفاده از الگوی برودی در سال 1402 صورت گرفت و طی آن اجزای اصلی و شاخص های مهم برنامه های درسی مورد نظر بر اساس چهار مرحله توصیف، تفسیر، همجواری، و مقایسه، مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.یافته ها: اساس برنامه آموزشی دکتری پرستاری ایران و دانشکده پرستاری مک مستر شامل آموزش، پژوهش و پایان نامه است اما در فلسفه، ماموریت، اهداف و چشم انداز ، نحوه پذیرش دانشجو، ساختار برنامه ها تفاوت هایی دارند.نتیجه گیری: در برنامه دکتری پرستاری ایران، انتظارات از دانش آموختگان این دوره کاملا مشخص نمی باشد و از طرفی پاسخگویی موثری به نیازهای سلامتی جامعه را نداشته است، بنابراین ضرورت بازبینی برنامه و تخصصی شدن این دوره بر اساس اهداف برنامه ریزی شده می باشد.

Abstract
|
introduction: considering the impact of curriculum in fulfilling roles and duties, it is necessary to conduct research to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the curriculum. comparative studies are one of the strategies to improve the quality and validation of educational systems. this study was conducted with the aim of comparative comparison of nursing phd in iran and mcmaster canada.methods: the present study was conducted based on descriptive-comparative approach and using bereday’s model in 2023. the main components and important indicators of the desired curriculum were analyzed based on the four stages of description, interpretation, juxtaposition, and comparison.results: the basis of nursing phd in iran and mcmaster’s nursing school includes education, research and thesis, but there are differences in the philosophy, mission, vision and goals, student admission, and the structure of the programs.conclusion: iran’s nursing phd, the expectations of the graduates of this course are not clear and on the other hand, it has not responded effectively to the health needs of the society, so it is necessary to review the program and specialize this course based on the planned goals.
