بررسی رابطه هوش معنوی و خشم در پرستاران شاغل در بخش های اورژانس مراکز آموزشی درمانی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کردستان در سال 1400

مقدمه: هوش معنوی از جمله عواملی است که می تواند روی سلامت روانشناختی و کنترل خشم تاثیر گذار باشد. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین ارتباط هوش معنوی و میزان خشم در پرستاران شاغل در بخش های اورژانس بیمارستان های وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کردستان در سال 1400 انجام شد.روش کار: این مطالعه توصیفی همبستگی در بخش های اورژانس بیمارستان های وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کردستان در سال 1400 انجام شد. 250 پرستار بر اساس معیار های ورود به روش سرشماری انتخاب شدند. جهت اندازه گیری هوش معنوی از پرسشنامه کینگ و برای اندازه گیری خشم از پرسشنامه  aggressive questionnaireاستفاده گردید. داده ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی در سطح معنی 0.001p< مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.یافته ها: براساس یافته های این مطالعه، میانگین نمرات هوش معنوی و خشم شرکت کنندگان در مطالعه به ترتیب، برابر 14.45 ± 48.42 و 13.52 ± 38.17 بود. آزمون همبستگی پیرسون نیز نشان داد که بین هوش معنوی و خشم شرکت کننندگان در این مطالعه، رابطه منفی و معناداری وجود دارد (0.001p<) و نتایج آزمون رگرسیون چندگانه نیز نشان داد که هوش معنوی، 21 درصد از تغییرات خشم را تبیین می کند (4.77 f= و 001/0 p<).نتیجه گیری: طبق یافته های این مطالعه، با توجه به ارتباط معنادار هوش معنوی و خشم، یکی از راهکارهای موثر در کاهش خشم می تواند سوق دادن توجه پرستاران به سوی هوش معنوی و تلاش در جهت ارتقای آن باشد.

the relationship between spiritual intelligence and anger in nurses working in emergency departments of educational medical centers affiliated to the kurdistan university of medical sciences, 2021

 introduction: spiritual intelligence is one of the factors that can affect psychological well-being and control of anger. this study aims to determine the relationship between spiritual intelligence and anger among nurses in emergency units of hospitals affiliated to kurdistan university of medical sciences.methods: this descriptive correlational study was performed in the emergency departments of hospitals affiliated to kurdistan university of medical sciences in 2021. 250 nurses were selected based on the inclusion criteria of the census method. king spiritual intelligence questionnaire and aggressive questionnaire survey were used to collect the data. data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and inferential statistical methods at a significant level p<0.001.results: according to the findings of this study, the mean scores of spiritual intelligence andanger among participants in the study were 48/42 ± 14/45 and 38/17 ± 13/52, respectively and  were moderate. pearson correlation test showed that there is a significant negative relationship between the spiritual intelligence and the anger of the participants in the study (p<0.001) and multiple regression test results showed that spiritual intelligence explains 21% of anger changes (p<0.001, f=4/77).conclusion: considering the significant relationship between spiritual intelligence and anger one of the effective strategies in reducing anger can be shifting the attention of nurses towards spiritual intelligence and attempt to promote it.
