کاربرد تئوری رفتار برنامه ریزی شده در مراقبت های پرستاری

مقدمه: پرستاران جزء اصلی سیستم نظام سلامت هستند و پیش بینی رفتار آنها در موقعیت های مختلف برای سیاستگزاران و مدیران نظام سلامت مهم است. بنابراین مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین کارایی تئوری رفتار برنامه ریزی شده در پیش بینی رفتار پرستاران در شرایط متفاوت انجام شده است.روش: مقاله مروری نقلی حاضر با جستجو در  پایگاه داده های pubmed; scopus; science direct; sid iranmedex  و magiran با استفاده از کلید واژه های انگلیسی و فارسیtheory of planned behavior; attitud; subjective norms; perceived behavioral control ;behavioral intention; behavior; nursing care، تئوری رفتار برنامه ریزی شده، نگرش نسبت به رفتار، هنجار های ذهنی، کنترل رفتاری درک شده، تمایل رفتاری، رفتار و مراقبت پرستاری در بازه زمانی سال 2000 تا 2020 جستجو انجام شد.یافته ها: تئوری رفتار برنامه ریزی شده با موفقیت برای پیش بینی و توضیح طیف گسترده ای از رفتارها و نکات بهداشتی از جمله رفتار های پر خطر، خدمات زنان، زایمان و شیردهی، رفتارهای ایمنی و بهداشت دهان و دندان استفاده شده است. طبق نتایج مطالعات متعددی از جمله مطالعه در کشورهای کره و تایوان تئوری فوق در تعیین علل توجیه کننده رفتار پرستاران در مراقبت از بیماران و علل فعالیت پرستاران در انجام وظایف خود استفاده شده است.نتیجه گیری: پیش بینی رفتار افراد و برنامه ریزی براساس این پیش بینی ها در شرایط خاص به طور حتم بر روی عملکرد سازمان و کنترل شرایط، نقش به سزایی دارد. از سویی رفتار انسان ها تحت تاثیر عوامل مختفی قرار دارد و پیش بینی آن به عوامل مختلفی نیاز دارد. تئوری رفتار برنامه ریزی شده، مدلی مناسب جهت پیش بینی رفتار افراد از جمله پرستاران دارد و می توان از این مدل جهت برنامه ریزی و سیاست گزاری در شرایط خاص در زمینه عملکرد پرستاران استفاده نمود.

application of the theory of planned behaviour in nursing care

introduction: nurses are an integral part of the health system and predicting their behavior in different situations is important for policymakers and managers of the health system. the present study was conducted to determine the efficiency of the theory of planned behavior in predicting the behavior of nurses in different situations.methods: the current narrative review study was conducted via searching in electronic databases including pubmed, scopus, science direct, sid, magiran and iran medex and by using the appropriate english and persian keywords of attitude, theory of planned behavior, behavior, behavioral intention, perceived behavioral control, subjective norms, nursing care over the period of 2000-2020.result: theory of planned behavior has been successfully used for prediction and explanation of a variety of behaviors and health tips such as high-risk behaviors, women’s services, childbirth and breastfeeding, safety behaviors and oral health. according to the results of several studies, including studies in korea and taiwan, the above theory has been used to determine the causes of nurses ’behavior in patient care and the causes of nurses’ activities in performing their duties.conclusions: predicting people’s behavior and planning based on these predictions on specific situations certainly has a significant role in the performance of the organization and controlling the situation. on the other hand, human behavior is influenced by various factors and its prediction requires different factors. the theory of planned behavior has a suitable model for predicting the behavior of individuals, including nurses, and this model can be used to plan and policy in specific situations in the field of nurses’ performance.
