بررسی دانش، نگرش و عملکرد تکنسین‌های دارویی درخصوص داروهای بدون نسخه

مقدمه :داروهای بدون نسخه آن دسته از داروها هستند که بدون نسخه پزشک، دردسترس بیماران می‌باشند. شایعترین علت خطا در استفاده از دارو، مصرف آن بدون نسخه و دستور پزشک است. تکنسین دارویی یکی از ارائه‌دهندگان خدمات درمانی است که در داروخانه و تحت نظارت مستقیم یک دکتر داروساز فعالیت می‌کند. نظر به اهمیت فعالیت تکنسین‌های دارویی و تاثیری که می‌توانند بر سلامتی افراد جامعه بگذارند، در این مطالعه دانش، نگرش و عملکرد ایشان درخصوص داروهای بدون نسخه مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. روش‌ کار: مطالعه‌ی حاضر، یک پژوهش توصیفی مقطعی است که در سال 1398 در شهر تهران و با استفاده از یک پرسشنامه ساختار یافته به عنوان ابزار جمع آوری داده‌ها، انجام شد. پس از ورود داده‌ها به نرم افزار spss نسخه 26، از بررسی‌های آمار توصیفی جهت توصیف و از آزمون chisquare برای استنباط و تحلیل روابط بین داده‌ها استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: پس از تحلیل داده‌ها مشخص شد، هر چه سابقه افراد به عنوان تکنسین دارویی و مدرک تحصیلی ایشان پایین تر بود، بیان داشتند که اطلاعات بیشتری درخصوص داروهای بدون نسخه دارند. همچنین بین سابقه کار ، گذراندن دوره تکنسین دارویی و میزان تحصیلات با ارجاع بیماران به مسئول فنی داروخانه رابطه معنادار وجود داشت. نتیجه گیری: به منظور کاهش خطاهای دارویی ناشی از اشتباهات تکنسین‌های دارویی و افزایش سطح سلامت جامعه، ایجاد ساختار آموزشی مدون و متمرکز برای آموزش و سنجش دانش، نگرش و عملکرد تکنسین های دارویی ضروری به نظر می رسد.

Knowledge, Attitude and Practice of Pharmacy Technicians on Over-The-Counter Drugs

Objectives:OverTheCounter (OTC) drugs, those that are available to patients without a prescription, generally sold by pharmacy technicians. The most common cause of drug errors is overthecounter medications. A pharmaceutical technician is a provider of medical services that operates in a pharmacy under the direct supervision of a pharmacist. Due to the importance of the activities of pharmaceutical technicians and the impact they can have on the health of people in the community, in this study, their knowledge, attitudes and performance regarding overthecounter drugs were evaluated.Methods:KAP of pharmacy technicians about OTC drugs was evaluated by a Structured questionnaire.. Data were analyzed using IBM SPSS Statics version 26 by ChiSquare test and Pearson correlation coefficients.Results:After analyzing the data, it was found that the lower their experience as a pharmacy technician and their qualification, they stated that they had more information about OTC drugs. Also, there was a significant relationship between work experience, passing the course of pharmaceutical technician and the level of education by referring patients to the pharmacy technician.Conclusion:In order to reduce drug errors caused by the mistakes of pharmacy technicians and increase the level of health of the community, it is necessary to create a codified and centralized educational structure for teaching and measuring knowledge, attitudes and performance of pharmacy technicians.
