بررسی صلاحیت بالینی دانشجویان پرستاری در دانشگاه های آزاد اسلامی واحد اصفهان (خوراسگان ) و نجف آباد در سال 1397

مقدمه:از مهم‌ترین حوزه‌های توسعه پایدار سلامتی در جوامع بشری، بخش بهداشت و درمان است در این بین پرستاران به عنوان بزرگ‌ترین ارائه‌دهندگان خدمات بهداشتی درمانی، 70 درصد تیم سلامت و درمان را تشکیل می دهند. جهت حفظ استانداردهای مراقبت پرستاری، شناخت روش های توسعه و ارتقاء صلاحیت بالینی پرستاران الزامی می‌باشد. هدف از این مطالعه تعیین صلاحیت بالینی دانشجویان پرستاری در دانشگاه های آزاد اسلامی واحد اصفهان (خوراسگان ) و نجف آباد بود.روش کار:در این مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی 112نفر از دانشجویان کارآموزی در عرصه وارد مطالعه شدند. اطلاعات مورد نیاز توسط دو پرسشنامه اطلاعات جمعیت شناختی و پرسشنامه صلاحیت بالینی جمع اوری گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل در دو سطح توصیفی و استباطی با استفاده از نسخه 22 نرم افزار spss انجام شد.انجام شد. یافته ها:در مطالعه حاضر، میانگین امتیاز صلاحیت بالینی دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد اصفهان و نجف‌آباد به ترتیب 36/34 ±59/209 و 59/18 ±09/234 بود. در مجموع میانگین امتیاز صلاحیت بالینی دانشجویان این دو دانشگاه مقدار12/30 ±84/221 به دست آمد و 3/72 درصد آن‌ها از نظر صلاحیت بالینی در سطح عالی بودند. همچنین نتایج مطالعه حاضر در زمینه ابعاد صلاحیت بالینی نشان داد که صلاحیت بالینی اکثریت دانشجویان در ابعاد مراقبت بیمار محور (9/42 درصد)، پذیرش و ایفای نقش حرفه‌ای (3/72 درصد)، مستندسازی ارائه مراقبت ایمن (5/70 درصد)، توانمندی در رعایت اصول اخلاقی (7/77 درصد)، توانمندی در مدیریت مراقبت (2/65 درصد) و پاسخگویی و مسئولیت‌پذیری (1/74 درصد) در سطح عالی بودند.نتیجه گیری:نظر به اهمیت موضوع صلاحیت بالینی ضروری است تا حمایت پرسنل از دانشجویان، استقلال و درگیر نمودن دانشجو در بخش، حمایت از دانشجو در زمینه خلاقیت و نوآوری، مدنظر مربیان قرار گیرد و تمهیدات لازم در خصوص کاهش موانع صلاحیت بالینی اندیشیده شود.

Evaluation of clinical competence of nursing students in Islamic Azad Universities of Isfahan (Khorasgan) and Najafabad Branch in 2018

Introduction:One of important circle of sustainable health development in humanity general is the part of health and medical health care and nurse #39;s constitute70 present and are a biggest renderer of service for sanitary and therapeutic of health and therapeutic team. For preservation of standards observation care, cognition of manners of development and gradation clinical competence for nurses is obligatory. The aim of this study was specify clinical competence for nurses in Azad universityIsfahan bray (Khorasghan) and Najaf Abad. Method:In this descriptive and inferential analysis study 112 person of trainer students are enter in to study. All of slightly information are accumulation with two questionnaire demographic questionnaire.Analysis are accomplished in two level of descriptive and inference and with SPSS APP. Version 22.Detective:In this study, the score of average for clinical competence of nurses in Azad universityIsfahan branch and Najaf Abad was 09123459/18 and 59/20986/34 in sequence. In the sum of average of score of clinical competence in two university the value 84/22112130 was get and 8/72 percent was in super quality. Also, the result of this study in clinical competence dimension was indicate the clinical competence of students in lookout of patient center were (9/42) percent acceptance and perform of professional duty (3/72) percent, documentation of safe observation (5/70) percent, capability in ethical principles (7/77) percent, capability in care management (2/65) percent, and in social accountability and responsibility were (1/74) percent. That were in super quality.Conclusion:As regards of importance in the subjects of clinical competence, it is necessary that hospital staff supper the students be independent and involve in creativity and innovation and all of them consult with teachers and think about necessary measures for decrease of obstacles for clinical competent.
