بررسی و مقایسه عوامل توسعه انفورماتیک پرستاری در ایران و کشورهای منتخب: یک مطالعه تطبیقی

زمینه و هدف: انفورماتیک پرستاری بر استفاده بهینه از تکنولوژی و ارتقای سلامت موثر است و استفاده از تجربیات کشورهای موفق دنیا در این زمینه، می‌تواند تسهیل گر ارتقای کیفیت مراقبت بهداشتی باشد. هدف از این پژوهش، مقایسه تطبیقی عوامل توسعه انفورماتیک پرستاری در ایران و کشورهای پیشرو است.روش کار: پژوهش حاضر بصورت توصیفی تطبیقی در سال 1398 انجام شد. انتخاب کشورهای پیشرو در انفورماتیک پرستاری با تعیین برترین کشورها با بیشترین میزان انتشار مقاله در زمینه انفورماتیک پرستاری انجام شد. گام‌های انجام پژوهش در این مطالعه، مبتنی بر مدل رازوالم و لارابی بود. هفت اصل پروژه بین المللی تایگر[1]، بعنوان معیارهای تطبیق انتخاب شده و در منابع ایران و کشورهای منتخب بررسی شده و با تدوین ماتریس تطبیقی مقایسه گردید.یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که ایران با 15 سال فعالیت در زمینه انفورماتیک پرستاری نوپا است و امریکا با سابقه 60 سال فعالیت در این زمینه پیشگام ترین بوده است. از نظر عوامل توسعه انفورماتیک پرستاری در بررسی تطبیقی، ایران در مقایسه با کشورهای مورد بررسی شامل امریکا، انگلستان، کانادا، استرالیا و تایوان، کمترین فعالیت را داشته است. کشور ایران از نظر معیارهای مدیریت و رهبری، آموزش و تحصیلات، ارتباطات و همکاری، طراحی انفورماتیک، فناوری اطلاعات، سیاست گذاری و فرهنگ در انفورماتیک پرستاری نسبت به کشورهای مورد بررسی در وضعیت مطلوبی قرار ندارد. نتیجه گیری: نظر به اهمیت به‌کارگیری فناوری اطلاعات در پرستاری، ارائه برنامه‌های توانمندساز ملی برای پرستاران می تواند منجر به بهبود استفاده مفید از ابزارهای انفورماتیک در راستای ارتقای کیفیت خدمات حرفه‌ای پرستاری و بهبود پیامد مراقبت بهداشتی گردد.

Investigation and Comparison of Nursing Informatics Development Factors in Iran and Selected Countries: a Comparative Study

Introduction: Nursing informatics is effective on the optimal use of technology and health promotion. Using the experiences of successful countries in this field, can facilitate the improvement of nursing care quality. The purpose of this study is a comparison of nursing informatics development factors in Iran and leading countries.Method: The present study was conducted in a descriptivecomparative study in 1398. The leading countries in nursing informatics were selected by determining the top countries with the highest number of articles published in the field of nursing informatics. Research steps were based on Rosswurm and Larrabee rsquo;s Conceptual Model. The principles of the TIGER international project as indicators were reviewed in the literatures of Iran and selected countries and compared with the comparative matrix.Results: The results showed that Iran with 15 years of activity in the field of nursing informatics is new and the United States with a history of 60 years of activity in this field has been the most pioneer. In terms of development factors of nursing informatics, Iran scored the lowest activity in the comparative study compared to the countries surveyed, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and Taiwan. Iran is not in a desirable position compared to these countries in terms of indicators of management and leadership, education and training, communication and cooperation, informatics design, information technology, policymaking and culture in nursing informatics.Conclusion: Considering the importance of using information technology in nursing, providing national empowerment programs for nurses can improve the useful use of information tools in order to improve the quality of nursing services and the outcome of health care.
