ارائه الگوی شکل‌گیری مدل‌های ذهنی مدیران کارآفرین در بیمارستان‌های آموزشی دولتی و خصوصی شهر مشهد

مقدمه: برای دستیابی به موفقیت در دنیای امروز، باید خود را با واقعیتی به نام تغییر تطبیق داد. بنابراین مدیران می توانند غربال کننده ای باشند که وقایع محیطی را بگونه ای خاص تعبیر کرده و این یکی از جنبه های مهم در فرایند تغییرات سازمانی به حساب آمده است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، ارائه الگوی شکل گیری مدل‌های ذهنی مدیران کار آفرین در بیمارستان‌های آموزشی شهر مشهد می باشد. روش کار: این تحقیق از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی، ماهیت اکتشافی و با رویکرد آمیخته است. 12 نفر از خبرگان دانشگاهی و مدیران بیمارستان‌ها، به روش هدفمند و شیوه گلوله برفی برای دستیابی به اشباع نظری مشارکت داشتند و شاخص های مدل های ذهنی مدیران کارآفرین از نظرات 225 مدیر بر اساس جدول مورگان بررسی شده است. روش پژوهش حاضر به صورت کیفی کمی با استفاده از روش دلفی فازی و دیمتل می باشد.یافته ها: نتایج این پژوهش نشان می دهد که جامعه شناختی به عنوان تاثیرگذارترین، مهارتی دومین متغیر تاثیرگذار و شخصیت حداقل تاثیرگذاری را روی سایر متغیرها دارند. متغیر های مرتبط با هر یک به ترتیب تاثیرگذاری برای جامعه شناختی؛ نظام آموزشی، مشوق های اجتماعی و الگوی نقش، برای مهارتی؛ نیاز به موفقیت، کانون کنترل درونی، قدرت پیش بینی، ریسک پذیری، گرایش به خلاقیت و نوآوری و برای شخصیت؛ قدرت مذاکره، مهارت تیم سازی ، توانایی برنامه ریزی، مدیریت کسب و کار، قدرت تصمیم گیری به عنوان مهمترین عوامل مورد توجه قرار گرفتند.نتیجه گیری: قدرت پیش بینی به عنوان تاثیرپذیرترین و گرایش به خلاقیت و نوآوری به عنوان تاثیرگذارترین متغیر روی سایر متغیرها بودند.

The Formation Pattern Of Mental Models Of Enterpreneuirial Directors In Public And Private Educational Hospitals Of Mashhad Using Fuzzy Delphi And Dematel Method

Introduction: In order to succeed in today's world, one has to adapt to a reality called change. Therefore, managers can be a screener who defines environmental events in a specific way, and this is one of the important aspects of the organizational change process. The recent study is aimed to present of the formation pattern of entrepreneurial managers mental models in Mashhad educational hospitals.Methods: The research is practical in terms of purpose, and reconnaissance nature with mixed approach. The 12 academic expertise and hospital managers was participated by snowball technique to achieve theoretical saturation and the Indicators of Mental Models of 225 Managers' opinions was investigated based on murgun table. The method of the present study is qualitativequantitative using fuzzy Delphi and Demetel Delphi method. Results: this research showed that the study showed that the sociology as the most influential, the skill the second influential variable and the personality had the least impact on other variables. The variables associated to each respectively of impact were for sociological, educational system, social incentives and role model. For the skill, success need, internal control center, predictive power, risk taking, tendency to creativity and innovation and for the personality, negotiation power, team building skill, planning ability, business management, decisionmaking power as the most important parameters.Conclutions: The predictive power as the most effectiveness and tendency towards creativity and innovation as the most influential variable were on other variables.
