ارتباط استیگما با عملکرد خانواده بیماران روانی

مقدمه: رایج ترین و چالش برانگیزترین بار مراقبتی در اعضای خانواده بیماران روانی مساله استیگمای ناشی از بیماری می باشد،استیگما به مجموعه ای از نگرشها، عقاید و تفکرات منفی نسبت به یک وضعیت خاص، گفته می شود که علاوه بر فرد مورد نظر، خانواده را نیز شامل می شود. این پژوهش با هدف تعیین ارتباط استیگما با عملکرد خانواده مراقبین بیماران روانی صورت گرفت.روش کار : در این مطالعه توصیفی همبستگی 278 نفر از مراقبین بیماران روانی مراجعه کننده به مرکز آموزشی درمانی فرشچیان (سینا) همدان در سال 1397 با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. داده ها با استفاده از سه پرسشنامه: دموگرافیک، ارزیابی استیگما، ابزار سنجش عملکرد خانواده جمع آوری شد. داده ها با استفاده از آزمون های توصیفی و استنباطی در نرم افزار آماری spss23 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.یافته ها: میانگین و انحراف معیار استیگما و عملکرد عمومی خانواده به ترتیب 14.12 ± 72.9 ، 26 /0 ±2.20 بدست آمد. بین استیگما با عملکرد کلی و همچنین حیطه های آمیختگی عاطفی، پاسخگویی عاطفی و کنترل رفتاری از پرسشنامه سنجش عمکلرد خانواده ارتباط معنی داری وجود داشت (p<0.05).نتیجه گیری: با توجه به وجود ارتباط بین استیگما و عملکرد خانواده بیماران روانی، آموزش جامعه در سطوح مختلف در زمینه برخورد مناسب با این بیماران و خانواده های آنان از طریق رسانه ها و مراکز بهداشتی درمانی و دانشگاه ها پیشنهاد می شود.

Relationship between the stigma and the family performance of psychiatric patients

Introduction: The most common and challenging burden of care in family members of the mentally ill is the problem of diseaseinduced stigma. Stigma refers to a set of negative attitudes, beliefs, and thoughts about a particular situation that includes the family in addition to the individual. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the relationship between the stigma and the family carers' function in the mental health system.Methods: In this descriptivecorrelational study, 278 caregivers of psychiatric patients referred to Farshchian (Sina) Educational Center of Hamadan in 1977 were selected using convenience sampling method. Data were collected using three questionnaires: demographic, stigma assessment, family functioning assessment tool. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics in SPSS software.Results: The mean and standard deviation of stigma and general family functioning were 72.9 ± 14.12 and 2.20 ± 0.26, respectively. There was a significant relationship (p <0.05) between stigma and general functioning as well as the domains of affective fusion, emotional responsiveness, and behavioral control from the Family Functioning Questionnaire (P <0.05).Conclusion: Given the relationship between stigma and family functioning of psychiatric patients, community education at different levels on appropriate treatment of these patients and their families through the media, health centers, and universities is recommended.
