مقایسه تطبیقی برنامه آموزشی دوره دکتری پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران و دانشگاه مک‌گیل کانادا

مقدمه: مقطع دکتری پرستاری در جهان در حال گسترش است. با این حال تفاوت هایی در ارائه برنامه ها وجود دارد که با تحلیل آن می توان در راه پیشرفت رشته گام برداشت. هدف از این مقاله مقایسه تطبیقی مقطع دکتری پرستاری دانشکده پرستاری اینگرام دانشگاه مک گیل و دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی علوم پزشکی تهران بود.روش کار: این یک مطالعه توصیفی تطبیقی بوده که بر اساس الگوی بردی در سال 1397 انجام شده است. در این مطالعه به بررسی و مقایسه اجزا و نحوه اجرای برنامه درسی دوره دکتری پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران و دانشگاه مک گیل کانادا پرداخته شده است. شواهد لازم از طریق جستجوی دستی و اینترنتی، کتابچه های راهنما، مستندات ملی و منطقه ای جمع آوری، توصیف، تفسیر و مقایسه شد.یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد دو دانشگاه در عین داشتن شباهت ها، از حیث اهداف، کوریکولوم و نحوه اجرای برنامه تفاوت هایی با هم دارند. نکته های قابل تامل نحوه پذیرش دانشجو، شناور بودن دوره های ارائه شده، مبتنی بر صلاحیت بودن دوره ها و تفاوت در نقش های مورد انتظار از دانش آموخته دوره دکتری پرستاری در دانشگاه مک گیل بود.نتیجه گیری: می توان با تقویت نقاط قوت ورفع نقاط ضعف با الگو گرفتن از دانشکده های پیشرو در سطح جهان و تغییر نگرش کوریکولوم های پرستاری، کیفیت آموزش و به تبع آن کیفیت دانش آموختگان دکتری پرستاری را افزایش داد.

Comparative Study of Nursing PhD Education program in Tehran University of Medical Sciences and McGill University

Introduction: Ph.D. in nursing is developing in the world. However, there are differences in the presentation of programs, which can be analyzed in the way of progress in the field. The purpose of this paper is comparative comparisons between the Faculty of Nursing and Midwifery of Tehran University and Ingram school of nursing at McGill University.Methods: This is a descriptivecomparative study based on the Beredy model in 1397. In this study compare the components and implementation of Ph.D. nursing program in Tehran University of Medical Sciences and McGill University of Canada. The necessary evidence was collected, described, interpreted and compared through Internet search, manuals, national and regional documentation.Results: Results showed that the two universities have some similarities but also have some differences.in terms of goals, curriculum and program execution. Outstanding points were about student admission, the floating of courses, competence based courses and the difference in expected roles from nursing graduates at McGill University.Conclusions: By increasing the strengths and decreasing the weaknesses of the program and inspiring through the world leading faculties and changing the attitude of the nursing curriculums. We can increase the quality of education and, consequently, the quality of nursing graduates.
