نقش ویژگی‌های شخصیتی و ثبات تعاملات زناشویی در پیش‌بینی سرخوردگی زناشویی با میانجی‌گری خودکارآمدی جنسی در زنان متاهل

مقدمه: سرخوردگی زناشویی و مسائل مربوط به روابط جنسی، نقش مهمی در سلامت جسمی و بهداشت روانی زوجین دارند و می توانند موجب وقوع طلاق شوند؛ بنابراین پژوهش حاضر باهدف آزمودن مدل رابطه علی، مربوط به نقش ویژگی های شخصیتی و ثبات تعاملات زناشویی در پیش بینی سرخوردگی زناشویی با میانجی گری خودکارآمدی جنسی در زنان متاهل انجام گرفت.روش کار: روش پژوهش، توصیفی، همبستگی از نوع تحلیل مسیر و جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه زنان متاهل شهر کرمانشاه، داری کودک پیش دبستانی در سال 1395 بود. نمونه ای به حجم 425 نفر انتخاب شد. ابزار مورداستفاده شامل پرسشنامه های پنج عامل شخصیت، ثبات تعاملات زناشویی، خودکارآمدی جنسی و سرخوردگی زناشویی بود. برای تحلیل داده ها از روش های آماری توصیفی، آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، تحلیل مسیر و بوت استراپ استفاده شد.یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد، مسیرهای مستقیم متغیرهای روان رنجوری، توافق پذیری، مسئولیت پذیری، ثبات تعاملات زناشویی و خودکارآمدی جنسی به سرخوردگی زناشویی تاثیر معنی داری دارند. نتایج مسیرغیرمستقیم نیز نشان داد، روان رنجورخویی و ثبات تعاملات زناشویی به سرخوردگی زناشویی با میانجی گری خودکارآمدی جنسی معنی دار بود. تمامی مسیرها در سطح 0/001 معنی دار بودند. درنهایت متغیرهای پیش بین باهم توانستند 64 درصد سرخوردگی زناشویی را پیش بینی کنند.نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد روان رنجورخویی پایین و ثبات تعاملات زناشویی بالا از طریق افزایش خودکارآمدی جنسی سبب کاهش سرخوردگی زناشویی می شود. با توجه به نتایج این پژوهش، پیشنهاد می شود متخصصین، مشاوران و درمانگران برای کاهش میزان طلاق و بالا بردن سلامت جسمی و روانی زوجین به نقش مولفه ها این پژوهش مخصوصاً خودکارآمدی جنسی بیشتر توجه کنند.

The Role of Personality Characteristics and Marital Interaction Stability in the Prediction of Marital Disaffection with mediating Sexual Self-efficacy in Married Women

Introduction: Marital disaffection and sexual relationships play important roles in the physical and mental health of couples and can lead to divorces. So, the present study done with the aim to test the causal relationship model, related to the role of personality characteristics and the stability of marital interactions in the prediction of marital disaffection with mediating sexual selfefficacy in married women.Methods: The research method is descriptive and correlation is a path analysis method. The statistical population of the study included all married women in Kermanshah who have preschool children 1395. A sample of 425 people was selected. The tools that have been used included the questionnaire of five personality factors, marital interactions stability, sexual selfefficacy and marital disaffection. Descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient, path analysis and bootstrap test were used for data analysis.Results: The results show that the direct paths of neuroticism, agreement, responsibility, marital interactions stability and sexual selfefficacy have significant impacts on marital disaffection. The results of indirect paths also show that neuroticism and marital interactions stability have significant impacts on marital disaffection with selfefficacy mediation. All paths were meaningful at the level of 0.001. Finally, predictive variables predict 64 percent of marital disaffection together.Conclusions: The results showed that low levels of neuroticism and marital interaction stability by increasing sexual selfefficacy reduced marital disaffection. Duo to the results of this research, to reduce the amount of divorce and increase the physical and psychological health of couples, it is suggested that experts, counselors and therapists pay more attention to the components of this study, especially sexual selfefficacy.
