عملکردهای جنسی و سازگاری زناشویی در زنان متاهل مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس

هدف پژوهش: مولتیپل اسکلروزیس(ام اس) یک بیماری مزمن است و تاثیر عمیقی روی زندگی بیمار دارد و زندگی با اختلال پیشرونده مزمن نظیر مولتیپل اسکلروزیس(ام اس) نه تنها برای بیماران تنش هایی را ایجاد می کند، پریشانی قابل توجهی را برای شریکان صمیمی ایجاد می کند. این مطالعه با هدف مقایسه عملکرد جنسی و سازگاری زناشویی زنان متاهل ام اس و سالم انجام شده است. در یک طرح علیمقایسه ای و با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی 100 آزمودنی زن (50 نفر ام اس و 50 نفر سالم) که گروه سالم در ویژگی های جمعیت شناختی (جنسیت، سن، سطح تحصیلات) با گروه ام اس همتا شده بودند، مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند و پرسشنامه های عملکرد جنسی روزن و سازگاری زناشویی اسپانیر را تکمیل کردند و با استفاده از آزمون آماری تحلیل واریانس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان دادند که بین عملکرد جنسی وسازگاری زناشویی بیماران ام اس و سالم تفاوت معنی داری وجود دارد. بیماران ام اس در زمینه های عملکرد جنسی و سازگاری زناشویی در مقایسه با گروه سالم عملکرد ضعیف تری دارند.

sexual functions and marital adjustment married in woman with Multiple Sclerosis

Abstract multiple sclerosis (Ms), being a chronic disease, has a deep impact on pattient rsquo;s life and living with a chronic progressive disorder such as multiple sclerosis (Ms) does not only present a challenge for patients, but may also produce considerable distress for their intimate partner. This research aims to evaluate comparison of sexual function and marital adjustment married woman with MS and normal. Using a causalcompare design with random sampling was evaluated 100 female (50patients with MS and 50normal subjects) that normal group were matched in demographic variables (gender, age, level of aducation) with MS group. They completed spanier marital adjustment scale and rosen sexual function.The results was analyzed using, analysis of variance. The results showed that there is significant difference between sexual function and marital adjustment married woman with MS and normal. Results suggests that multiple sclerosis patients have more poor performance in compare with normal group in sexual function and marital adjustment.
