رابطۀ تمایل به کمک به دیگران و تاب‌ آوری با رشد پس از آسیب در افراد دارای سابقۀ ابتلا به کرونای افراد نزدیک: نقش تعدیل ‌کنندگی احساس گناه

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی رابطۀ میان تمایل به کمک به دیگران و تاب‌آوری و رشد پس از آسیب با نقش تعدیل ‌کنندگی احساس گناه مرتبط با آسیب در افراد دارای سابقۀ ابتلا به بیماری کووید-19 در افراد نزدیک بود. به این منظور، 189 نفر از افرادی که یکی از نزدیکان آن‌ها طی شش ماه اخیر به‌علت ابتلا به بیماری کووید-19 در بخش مراقبت‌های ویژۀ بیمارستان بستری شده بودند، به شیوۀ در دسترس انتخاب شدند و اقدام به تکمیل پرسش‌نامه‌های رشد پس از آسیب، تاب‌آوری، احساس گناه مرتبط با آسیب و نوع‌دوستی بزرگ‌سالان کردند. براساس نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه، احساس گناه مرتبط با آسیب در رابطۀ میان تاب‌آوری و تمایل به کمک به دیگران نقش تعدیل‌کنندگی نداشتند. در مقابل، احساس گناه مرتبط با آسیب در رابطۀ میان رشد پس از آسیب و تمایل به کمک به دیگران نقش تعدیل‌گنندگی داشت. نتیجه گیری از یافته های مطالعه حاضر می تواند گویای نقش عوامل بین فردی و درون فردی در ارتقای سازگاری و حتی رشد افراد متعاقب تجارب آسیب زا باشد. 

the relationship between willingness to help others and resilience with post-traumatic growth in people with a history of severe covid-19 in close relatives: the moderating role of guilt

the purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between the desire to help others and resilience with growth after trauma with assessing the moderating role of guilt related to trauma in people with a history of covid-19 disease in close relative. for this purpose, 189 people who had one of their relatives admitted to the special care department of the hospital due to the covid-19 disease in the last six months were selected in an accessible method and completed the post-traumatic growth, resilience, trauma related guilt and altruism questionnaires. based on the results of multiple regression analysis, trauma related guilt did not play a moderating role in the relationship between resilience and prosocial behaviors. in contrast, trauma-related guilt had a moderating role in the relationship between post-traumatic growth and willingness to help others. the conclusion from the findings of the present study can be indicative of the role of interpersonal and intrapersonal factors in promoting adaptation and even growth of people following traumatic experiences.
