بررسی تاثیر فعالیت های سربازان سازندگی در عملکرد آموزش وترویج کشاورزی

این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تاثیر فعالیت های سربازان سازندگی درعملکردآموزش وترویج کشاورزی طی آخرین دوره آن یعنی سال های 98- 97 انجام شده است .این تحقیق از حیث نوع ،کاربردی محسوب شده و روش تحقیق آن توصیفی و تحلیلی و نوع تحقیق کمی می‌باشد و داده ها از طریق پرسشنامه محقق ساخته جمع آوری شد. میزان تتای ترتیبی کل متغیرها برابر0/91 بدست آمده است. برای‌ تعیین‌ روایی‌ ابزارتحقیق‌ از روش‌ روایی‌ صوری و محتوایی‌ استفاده‌ شده‌ است‌ بطوری که روایی ابزار بر پایه محاسبه میانگین واریانس استخراج شده 0.93< cr < 0.91پایایی ترکیبی 0.62ave< <0/05 پرسشنامه دارای روایی همگرا و پایایی مناسبی بود برای پایایی پرسشنامه ها از تتای ترتیبی استفاده شد میزان تتای ترتیبی کل متغیرها برابر0.91 بدست آمده است. بطورکلی ازجامعة آماری 1436 نفری روسای مراکز جهاد کشاورزی دهستان تعداد 303 نفر، از 426 نفرسرباز سازندگی تعداد 303 نفر سربازان سازندگی و از چهار میلیون و پنجاه هزار نفر بهره برداران کشاورزی تعداد 382 نفر آنها که تحت پوشش طرح بودند برای گردآوری اطلاعات انتخاب شدند. آماره‌های توصیفی (میانگین، میانة، مد، دامنه، بیشینه و کمینه، واریانس و ضریب تغییراتcv )و آماره‌های استنباطی نیز شامل آزمون تک نمونه ای t ، تحلیل معادلات ساختاری بود. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که ارزیابی بهره برداران از ویژگی ها و توانمندی سربازان سازندگی به‌صورت معنی‌داری در سطح خطای 5 درصد از حد متوسط بیشتر است. بین توانمندی های سربازان سازندگی و میزان اثربخشی آنها از دیدگاه بهره برداران رابطه مثبت ومعنی داری وجود دارد. از نظر بهره برداران؛ توانمندی سربازان سازندگی در انتقال مسایل و مشکلات به مراجع ذیصلاح بیشترین میزان اثرگذاری را بر ابعاد اثربخشی آنها داشته است. نتایج مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری نشان داد فعالیت های آموزشی- مشاوره ای، فنی اجرایی، نظارتی و هدایتی ، سربازان سازندگی اثر مثبت بر عملکرد آموزش وترویج کشاورزی داشته است.

investigating the impact of construction soldier activities on agricultural education and extension performance.

his study was conducted with the aim of investigating the impact of construction soldiers’ activities on the performance of agricultural education and extension during its last period, i.e. 2018-2019. this study is considered applied in terms of type, and its research method is descriptive and analytical, and the type of research is quantitative, and the data was collected through a researcher-made questionnaire. the ordinal theta rate of the total variables was 0.91. the statistical population included the first group of all construction soldiers, 303 people, the second group: heads of rural agricultural jihad centers, 303 people, and the third group: agricultural users, 382 people. the sampling method used was stratified with proportional imputation, and the sample size was estimated using the cochran formula. descriptive statistics (mean, median, mode, range, maximum and minimum, variance and coefficient of variation cv) and inferential statistics also included one-sample t-test, spearman’s correlation coefficient, and structural equation analysis. from the perspective of the beneficiaries, the ability of construction workers to transfer issues and problems to the competent authorities has had the greatest impact on the dimensions of their effectiveness. also, examining the relationship between the efficiency of construction workers and their success in different dimensions has had a positive and significant relationship. the results of structural equation modeling showed that the educational-consulting, technical-executive, supervisory and guidance activities of construction workers have had a positive effect on the performance of agricultural education and extension
