تحلیل نظام ‌مند محتوای برنامه آموزشی ترویج کشاورزی

محتوا در برنامه آموزشی ترویج کشاورزی به عنوان عنصر اصلی آموزش در طول تاریخ و در کشورهای مختلف مورد توجه بوه است. به این دلیل که شالوده انتقال دانش و توسعه مهارت کشاورزان است و بر فرآیندهای تصمیم‌گیری و شیوه‌های کشاورزی آنها تاثیر می-گذارد. بررسی انتقادی محتوای ارائه‌شده از طریق برنامه‌های آموزشی ترویج کشاورزی برای اطمینان از اثربخشی آن‌ها ضروری است؛ زیرا عملکرد نظام ترویج کشاورزی تا حد زیادی به مناسب‌بودن محتوای آن بستگی دارد. هدف پژوهش حاضر تحلیل نظام‌مند محتوای برنامه آموزشی ترویج کشاورزی از طریق مطالعه اسناد بود. این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی انجام شد و در این راستا روش مرور نظام‌مند مورداستفاده قرار گرفت. جهت گردآوری داده‌ها مقالات از پایگاه‌داده scopus، از سال‌های 2024-2018 و با توجه ‌به کلمه‌های کلیدی و ساختار پریزما انتخاب شدند، براین‌اساس تعداد 25 مقاله علمی‌پژوهشی وارد مطالعه شد. منابع با استفاده از تحلیل مضمون و از طریق نرم‌افزار maxqda2020 مورد بررسی دقیق قرار گرفتند. یافته‌های حاصل از تحلیل مقالات، 7 مضمون کلیدی با نقشی محوری در شکل‌دهی محتوای برنامه آموزشی ترویج کشاورزی معرفی کردند. این مضمون‌های اصلی شامل ارتباط و سازگاری، پایداری، فناوری، سیاست و بودجه، دسترسی و فراگیری، حساسیت فرهنگی و ذی‌نفعان هستند که توسط 24 مولفه و 86 کد مفهومی شناسایی شدند. با توجه ‌به نتایج، این مقاله بینش‌های ارزشمندی را در مورد تکامل محتوای برنامه آموزشی ترویج کشاورزی ارائه می‌کند و بر نیاز به بهبود مستمر و سازگاری در مواجهه با چالش‌های جهانی در حال ظهور تاکید می‌کند.

a systematic review of the content of the training program for agricultural extension

the content in the educational program of training extension throughout history and in different countries has been of interest. critical review of the content provided through agricultural extension and training programs is necessary to ensure their effectiveness; the performance of the extension system largely depends on the appropriateness of its content. the current research was conducted with the aim of examining the content of the training program of agricultural extension, qualitative approach and systematic review method were used to collect data, and the articles from the scopus database, from 2018-2024 and according to the keywords and the prisma structure was selected, so 25 scientific-research articles were included in the study. the sources were carefully examined using thematic analysis and through maxqda2020 software. findings 7 key themes, each of which has a central role in shaping the content of the training program for extension and agricultural training, including communication and compatibility, sustainability, technology, policy and budget, accessibility and inclusiveness, cultural sensitivity and stakeholders. these are introduced by 24 components and 86 codes. according to the results, this article provides valuable insights on the evolution of agricultural extension and training curriculum content and emphasizes the need for continuous improvement and adaptation in the face of emerging global challenges.
