نیازسنجی آموزشی، اجرا و سنجش اثربخشی آموزش های کشاورزی مورد نیاز رئیسان هیئت مدیره و مدیران عامل تعاونی های تولید روستایی

پژوهش حاضر در راستای پاسخ به سنجش نیازهای آموزشی تخصصی کشاورزی، شیوه اجرا و سنجش اثربخشی آموزش‌های تخصصی کشاورزی مورد نیاز رئیسان هیئت‌مدیره و مدیران عامل تعاونی‌های تولید روستایی بود. نمونه آماری در بخش نیازسنجی آموزشی مشتمل بر 67 نفر رییس هیئت‌مدیره و 67 نفر مدیرعامل به شیوه تصادفی ساده، و 56 نفر کارشناس(شامل 28 نفر کارشناس مسئول نظام‌های بهره‌برداری و 28 نفر کارشناس اداره آموزش) انتخاب شدند که دوره‌های آموزشی تخصصی بر اساس تقویم مصوب سازمان مرکزی تعاون روستایی انتخاب و به‌منظور تعیین نیازهای آموزشی، از توافق‌سنجی استفاده شد. جهت اجرای دوره‌های آموزشی از مدل آموزش الگوی تدریس ساخت‌گرایی 5e (فعالسازی، اکتشاف، شرح‌دادن، شرح و بسط، و ارزشیابی) استفاده شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، پرسشنامه مبتنی بر مدل ارزیابی اثربخشی کرک‌پاتریک می‌باشد که پایایی آن‏ با استفاده از محاسبه ضریب تتای ترتیبی و پایایی مرکب و روایی نیز به استناد شاخص روایی سازه در سطح مطلوب برآورد گردید. نتایج یافته‌های توصیفی مشخص نمود که در بخش نیازسنجی آموزشی بین نظر کارشناسان، رئیسان هیئت‌مدیره و مدیران عامل در ارتباط با نیازهای آموزشی آشنایی با قوانین و مقررات آب، نحوه تشکیل گروه‌های هم‌آب و مدیریت آبیاری در مزرعه، تبدیل و فراوری محصولات کشاورزی و دامی، مدیریت مصرف کودهای شیمیایی و ریز مغذیها، آشنایی با سموم کشاورزی و کاربرد آنها در زراعت و باغبانی، آشنایی با سامانه‌های نوین آبیاری و اصول حفاظت و بهره برداری و نگهداری آن، آشنایی با مشاغل خرد کشاورزی، تغذیه و اصلاح نژاد دام، آشنایی با مبانی و الزامات تحویل حجمی آب، آشنایی با طرح‌های زیست‌محیطی، بوم‌گردی، دانش بومی و صنایع دستی، مدیریت و توسعه فعالیتهای اقتصادی و بازرگانی بخش کشاورزی، آشنایی با نحوه تولید و بازاریابی گیاهان دارویی، و کنترل تلفیقی آفات گیاهی و باغی اتفاق نظر وجود داشته و گویه‌ها دارای توافق بالایی می‌باشند.

educational needs assessment, implementation and effectiveness assessment of agricultural training required by the heads of boards of directors and managing directors of rural production cooperatives

the present study was conducted in response to the assessment of specialized agricultural training needs, the method of implementation and measurement of the effectiveness of specialized agricultural training required by the heads of the board of directors and managing directors of rural production cooperatives. the statistical sample in the educational needs assessment section consisted of 67 heads of the board of directors and 67 managing directors by simple random method, and 56 experts (including 28 experts responsible for exploitation systems and 28 experts from the education department) were selected. specialized training courses were selected based on the calendar approved by the central organization of rural cooperatives, and agreement measurement was used to determine the educational needs. the 5e constructivist teaching model (activation, exploration, explanation, elaboration, and evaluation) was used to implement the training courses. the data collection tool was a questionnaire based on the kirkpatrick effectiveness assessment model, whose reliability was estimated at the desired level by calculating the ordinal theta coefficient and composite reliability and validity were also estimated by referring to the construct validity index. the results of the descriptive findings indicated that in the educational needs assessment section, there was consensus among experts, board chairmen, and managing directors regarding the educational needs of familiarity with water laws and regulations, how to form watershed groups and manage irrigation on the farm, converting and processing agricultural and livestock products, managing the use of chemical fertilizers and micronutrients, familiarity with agricultural pesticides and their use in agriculture and horticulture.
