اثربخشی آموزش های تخصصی موسسه تحقیقات واکسن و سرم سازی رازی همخوان با عملیات مطلوب تولید در بهبود فرآورده های زیستی

دوره‌های آموزشی تخصصی کارکنان شاغل در بخش های تولیدی در موسسه تحقیقات واکسن و سرم سازی رازی بر مبنای دستورکار عملیات مطلوب تولید (gmp) در جهت بهبود فرآیند تولید فرآورده‌های زیستی برگزار می شوند. هدف این تحقیق ارزشیابی اثربخشی آموزش های تخصصی ضمن خدمت کارکنان شاغل در بخش های تولیدی موسسه تحقیقات واکسن و سرم سازی رازی در جهت بهبود فرآیند تولید فرآورده های زیستی در این موسسه می باشد. این تحقیق یک مطالعه با دیدمان کمّی با الگوی غیرآزمایشی است و ابزار گردآوری داده های پرسشنامه ساختارمند محقق ساخته است. در بخش اول، ویژگی های فردی فراگیران از جمله جنس، سن، میزان تحصیلات، رشته تحصیلی و ویژگی های شغلی شامل پست سازمانی، پیشینه کار و پیشینه همکاری در موسسه رازی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. هم چنین، عنوان های دوره های آموزشی گذرانده شده توسط فرد پاسخگو و میزان رضایت آنان از دوره‌ها در مولفه های آموزشی شامل نیازسنجی و اطلاع رسانی، محتوا و سرفصل، مدرسان، زمان و مکان اجرای دوره آموزشی، رسانه و کمک آموزشی، اموررفاهی، شیوه ارزشیابی پایان دوره و در بخش سوم پرسشنامه میزان بهبود عملکرد شغلی و میزان ارتقای دانش و مهارت در انجام وظایف شغلی مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. نمونه آماری شامل کلیه ی شرکت کنندگان در هشت دوره تخصصی در راستای عملیات مطلوب تولید که در سه سال منتهی به سال 1402 برگزار شده بودند. بر مبنای نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای بر مبنای متغیر عنوان دوره تخصصی برگزار شده، حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول مورگان 166تن برآورد شد. روایی شکلی ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها با بررسی نظرها و دیدگاه کارشناسان و پایایی آن پس از آزمون پیشاهنگ با محاسبه ضریب های پایایی آلفای کرونباخ و تتای ترتیبی تایید شد. داده های گردآوری شده با نرم افزار spss پردازش و با استفاده از روش های آمار توصیفی (میانگین، انحراف معیار و ضریب تغییرها) و استنباطی (آزمون های من وایتنی و رگرسیون ترتیبی) تحلیل شدند. نتایج به دست آمده از پژوهش نشان داد که بین همه ارکان و میزان اثربخشی آموزش رابطه مثبت و معنی داری وجود دارند و72 درصد از احتمال واریانس متغیر وابسته اثربخشی آموزش را متغیرهای نیازسنجی و اطلاع رسانی، محتوا و سرفصل تبیین کردند. بنابراین هر چه میزان رضایت شرکت کنندگان در دوره های ضمن خدمت در زمینه هر یک از ارکان آموزش بیشتر جلب شود، این امر باعث اثربخشی بیشتر دوره خواهد شد.

evaluation of specialized education of razi vaccine and serum research ins titute with good manufaturing practice protocol for improving the production of biological products

specialized training courses for employees at razi vaccine and serum research institute are held on good manufacturing practice (gmp) guidelines to improve the production process of biological products. the purpose of this research is to measure the validity of specialized trainings in the service of razi vaccine and serum research institute in order to improve the biological products production process held in this institute. this research is a quantitative study with a non experimental pattern, and the data collection tool is a form of a questionnaire designed by the researchers. the components of the research included: assessment of needs and information, content and heading, instructor, time and place, media and educational assistance, welfare and evaluation. in this questionnaire, the individual characteristics of the students, including gender, age, level of education, field of study, and job characteristics, including organizational position, work history, and cooperation history at razi institute, were investigated. in addition to, the titles of the training courses passed by the respondent were specified and the components of the training elements were completed in the form of a questionnaire. the purpose of this research project is to evaluate the effectiveness of the specialized training courses that were held in the three years ending in 1402. based on stratified random sampling, the sample size was estimated to be 166 using morgan’s table. to determine the validity of the data collection tool, face validity was used, and to determine its reliability, the pre test method and cronbach’s alpha test were used. the collected data were analyzed with spss software and descriptive (mean, standard deviation, and coefficient of variation) and analytical (mann whitney u tests, regression, and pearson and spearman correlation coefficients).the results of the research showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between all the elements of education and the level of effectiveness, and this coefficient was higher for the components of the instructor and the content heading than the rest of the components, so that the level of satisfaction of the participants in the course. the results of the research showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between all the elements and the effectiveness of training, and 72% of the variance of the dependent variable of training effectiveness was explained by the variables of needs assessment and information, content and title. therefore, as much as it is possible to attract the level of satisfaction of the participants in the in service courses regarding each of the elements of the training, this will make the course more effective.
