نقش ناهمگونی مهارت آموزی فنی بر اشتغال پذیری درک شده دانشجویان کشاورزی

بر پایه ادبیات، بررسی نقش مهارت‏های فنّی در اشتغال‏ پذیری درک شده دانشجویان کشاورزی، از دید محقّقان، مغفول مانده است. بر این مبنا، هدف اصلی این پژوهش، بررسی نقش مهارت‌های فنّی در اشتغال‌پذیری ادراک شده دانشجویان کشاورزی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کاربردی، دانشجویان سال چهارم مقطع کارشناسی رشته‏ های مختلف کشاورزی در دانشگاه‌های دولتی در سال تحصیلی1401-1400 بودند. نمونه آماری تحقیق با استفاده از روش معکوس ریشه مربع و روش نمونه‏ گیری چندمرحله‏ ای انتخاب شدند(384 تن). ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه‌ای در مقیاس لیکرت پنج سطحی‏ بود که روایی محتوایی آن با نظرخواهی از متخصصان و نیز محاسبه بار عاملی و انجام آزمون‏ های روایی واگرا و روایی تشخیصی و پایایی آن نیز از طریق محاسبه تتای ترتیبی و پایایی ترکیبی بررسی و تایید شد (0.7<θ). در تجزیه و تحلیل داده‏ ها از مدل‏ بندی معادله‏ های ساختاری و فرایند مبنایی بخش‌بندی ترکیب محدود استفاده شد. نتایج یافته ‏ها نشان دادند که مهارت‏ های فنّی، رابطه‏ ی معنی‏ دار آماری با اشتغال‏ پذیری ادراک شده دانشجویان کشاورزی دارد. همچنین، با کشف کلاس‏ های ناهمگونی پنهان در بافت داده‏ های پژوهش، مشخص شد، قدرت تبیین اشتغال‌پذیری ادراک شده دانشجویان کشاورزی توسط مهارت‌های فنّی برای 79.2 درصد دانشجویان مورد مطالعه، بسیار ناچیز و برای 20.8 درصد آنان، بسیار بالاست. تحلیل‏ داده‏ ها نشان داد که دو گروه بر پایه میزان علاقه به رشته تحصیلی از یکدیگر متمایزند. نتایج به دست آمده، می‏ تواند در برنامه‏ ‏ریزی برای حرکت آموزش عالی کشاورزی به سوی پرورش دانشجویان اشتغال‏ پذیر به کار گرفته شود.

the role of heterogeneity of technical skills training on the perceived employability of agricultural s tudents

according to the literature, the investigation of the role of technical skills in the perceived employability of agricultural students has been neglected by researchers. according to this, the main purpose of this research was to investigate the role of technical skills on the perceived employability of agricultural students.the statistical population of this applied research consists of fourth-year undergraduate agricultural students in the public universities of iran in the academic year 2021-2022. the sample size was selected using the inverse square root method and multi-stage sampling method (n=384).the research instrument was a five-point likert scale questionnaire, whose content validity was approved by a panel of experts, as well as calculating the factor loading and the divergent validity and discriminant validity and reliability tests through the calculation of ordinal theta and composite reliability (θ>0.7). structural equation modeling and finite mixture algorithm (fimix-pls) were used in data analysis. the results showed that technical skills have a statistically significant relationship with the perceived employability of agricultural students. also, by discovering the classes of intangible heterogeneity in the context of the research data, it was determined that the power of explaining the perceived employability of agricultural students by technical skills is very low for 79.2% of the studied students and very high for 20.8% of them. the analysis showed that the two groups differ from each other based on interest in the field of study. the obtained results can be used in planning for the movement of agricultural higher education institutions towards training employable students.
