اداره الخوف من فشل رواد الاعمال فی الاعمال الناشئه علی اساس طریقه السینتومتریک

لقیت ریاده الاعمال الکثیر من الاهتمام والاهمیه فی السنوات الاخیره. یبحث معظم الباحثین فی هذا المجال عن سبب وکیفیه نشر سلوک ریاده الاعمال فی المجتمع ویتفق علی ان هذا الامر عامل فعال فی التنمیه الاقتصادیه. والبحوث والدراسات فی هذا المجال متناثره ومحدوده. یقوم البحث الحالی، اعتمادا علی طریقه السینتومتریک وتحلیل محتوی الوثائق والمستندات، بفحص الدراسات فی هذا المجال لتقدیم النموذج المفاهیمی من خلال تنظیم البحوث. یشتمل المجتمع الاحصائی للبحث علی جمیع المستندات المقدمه فی قاعده بیانات scopus، 666 وثیقه ومستند (بما فی ذلک المقالات والکتب وما الی ذلک) حتی سنه 2019، والتی تم تقییمها باستخدام برنامج bibexcle وvos viewer. ثم، بناء علی تحلیل محتوی الوثائق، تم تنظیم الوثائق. بناء علی نتائج البحث، تم تقسیمه الی اربعه مجالات: القسم الاول هو العوامل الفردیه والثقافیه بما فی ذلک الجنس، والعمر، والمخاطره، والاستقلال، والخبره، والوعی، والایمان بالکفاءه الذاتیه، وضبط النفس، والمعاییر العقلیه، وموقف ریاده الاعمال، القسم الثانی هو العوامل البیئیه بما فی ذلک البیئه الریادیه والدینامیکیه، البیئه التمکینیه، البیئه الداعمه للاسره والبیئه الداعمه الاجتماعیه، القسم الثالث هو العوامل الاقتصادیه بما فی ذلک الموارد المالیه الفردیه والموارد المالیه الاجتماعیه والقسم الرابع هو العوامل الموسسیه والقانونیه بما فی ذلک القضایا القانونیه، قوانین الحمایه والموسسات الداعمه. 

managing the fear of entrepreneurial failure in start-ups based on scientometric method

attention to entrepreneurship has been vital in recent years. most researchers in this field are looking for why and how to spread entrepreneurial behavior in society and acknowledge that this is an effective factor in economic advancement. research in this area is sparse and limited. the present study, based on scientometric method and content analysis of documents, examines studies in this field in order to provide a conceptual model by sorting out researches. the statistical population of the study includes all the documents provided in the scopus database with 666 documents (like articles, books, etc.) until 2019, which evaluated by bibexcle software and vosviewer. the results are divided into four areas: the first part of individual and cultural factors such as gender, age, risk-taking, independence, experience, awareness, belief in self-efficacy, self-control, mental norms, entrepreneurial attitude, the second part includes environmental factors such as entrepreneurial and dynamic environment, enabling, family supportive, and social supportive environment, the third part deal with economic factors such as individual and social financial resources and the fourth part is on institutional and legal factors such as legal, supportive laws and supporting institutions issues.
