ترتیب الاولویات فی مکونات النظام البیئی الریادی فی محافظه جولستان

لقد بات اقتصاد الدول یعتمد بشکل اساسی علی رواد الاعمال واصحاب المشاغل والمهن. ترتکز تنمیه الریاده والابداع علی مدی الاهتمام بالمجالات المتعدده التی یطلق علیها مسمی النظام البیئی الریادی. یهدف البحث الراهن الی الوصول الی شکل من ترتیب الاولویات فی مکونات النظام البیئی الریادی فی محافظه جولستان . انّ النظام البیئی لکل منطقه یتمیز بخصوصیه معینه قد لا تکون موجوده فی البیئات الاخری، وانطلاقاً من هذا الامر، ونظراً الی ان محافظه جولستان تتمتع بخصائص فریده من نوعها ومزایا خاصه بها فی مجال تنمیه الریاده قامت الدراسه الحالیه لمناقشه ابعاد وخصائص النظام البیئی لمحافظه جولستان شمال ایران. وتحقیقا لهذا الغرض اخترنا ابعاد نموذج ایزنبرغ (2011) للنظام البیئی الریادی. وللحصول علی البیانات والمعلومات اللازمه استندنا علی الطریقه المکتبیه والمسح المیدانی فی اطار الاستبیانات والاستمارات. لقد تم اختیار مجتمع البحث بشکل مقصود وواعی وقد شمل عینه مکونه 16 خبیراً فی مجال النظام البیئی الریادی. ولترتیب الاولویات وتقییمها اعتمدنا طریقه دیمتل باستخدام برامج excel، فیما استخدما برامج super decisionلعملیه التحلیل الشبکی. اظهرت النتائج بانّ اهم عوامل النظام البیئی الریادی فی المحافظه هی عباره عن، انواع الدعم (الموسسات غیر الحکومیه، التخصصات الداعمه، والبنی التحتیه)، والسوق ( الزبائن الرئیسیین والشبکات)، والموارد البشریه (القوه العامله، والموسسات التعلیمیه)، والسیاسه (الحکومه والقیاده)، وراس المال (راس المال المالی)، والثقافه (النماذج الناجحه والاعراف الاجتماعیه). وفی نهایه البحث قدمت عدد من المقترحات والتوصیات فی ضوء النتائج المتحصله لتحسین وضع النظام البیئی الریادی فی محافظه جولستان.

Prioritization the Components of Entrepreneurial Ecosystem inGolestan Province

Today, the economy of countries is based on the focus of entrepreneurs and business owners. The entrepreneurship development depends on paying attention to several aspects called entrepreneurship ecosystem. The purpose of this study is to prioritize the components of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Iran rsquo;s Golestan province. Entrepreneurship ecosystem is unique in each region and since Golestan province has unique opportunities and special features for entrepreneurship development, this study was conducted focusing on the specific dimensions and characteristics there. For this purpose, the dimensions of the Eisenberg (2011) entrepreneurial ecosystem model were selected. Library data and field survey in the form of a questionnaire were used to collect data. The statistical population was randomly selected and included 16 experts. Dematel method and the network analysis process and Super Decision software were used to prioritize and weigh the indicators. The results show that the most important factors of entrepreneurship ecosystem in this province are support (NGOs, support specialties and infrastructure), market (primary customers and networks), human capital (labor force and Educational institutions), politics (government and governance), and capital (financial capital) and culture (successful examples and social norms). Based on the results, suggestions were made to improve the entrepreneurial ecosystem of Golestan province.
