صیاغه مفاهیم فرص ریاده الاعمال لصناعه السیاحه فی محافظه زاهدان: دراسه استکشافیه

انّ الاهتمام بعنصر الخلفیه والسابقیه فی البحوث الریادیه الحالیه یجعل من دراسه الفرص الریادیه فی صناعه السیاحه فی مدینه زاهدان موضوعاً بحثیاً بارزاً وذات اهمیه. من هذا المنطلق، نتطرق فی هذه الدراسه من خلال اعتماد المنهج الکیفی والاستکشافی الی عرض مفاهیم الفرص الریادیه لصناعه السیاحه فی مدینه زاهدان. یعدّ البحث الراهن من حیث الاتجاه بحثا تاسیسیاً ومن حیث الغایه والهدف بحثا استکشافیاً. تکون المجتمع الاحصائی للبحث من الخبراء فی مجال ریاده الاعمال وصناعه السیاحه. اما طریقتنا فی عینات البحث فهی الطریقه النظریه ومعیارنا فی حجم العینه هو التشبع النظری. انّ آلیه جمع البیانات بعد المرحله الاخیره من عملیه اجراء المقابلات والمقابلات الکیفیه المتعدده وشبه الهیکلیه مع 23 شخصاً من افراد عینه البحث. انّ النتائج المستخلصه عن عملیه وضع الکودات، والتصنیف وتقییم نتائج البحث انتهت بنا الی تطویر 11 مقوله رئیسیه ل ( فرص الانثروبولوجیا، وفرص المورفولوجیا، والفرص الدینامیکیه، والفرص غیر الدینامیکیه، وتاثیر بلاسبو، والفرص التکنولوجیه، والفرص المعرفیه، والفرص المستدیره، والفرص التجاریه، والفرص الخدمیه، والفرص الطبیه) و 31 فرعاً للمقولات الرئیسیه من فرص ریاده الاعمال فی صناعه السیاحه فی مدینه زاهدان. اظهرت نتائج الدراسه من جانب مشارکه نظریه للجانب المعرفی فی مجال بحوث ریاده الاعمال من ناحیه المفاهیم المتمحوره حول البیانات والمعتمده علی الظروف والمناخات الخاصه، ومن جانب آخر ظهر ان التعامل الابداعی لموسسی الاعمال والمشاغل فی ایران وتصمیم النماذج المرتبطه لاسیما فی قطاع السیاحه یعدّ تعاملاً مناسباً فی هذا المجال. فی هذا الاطار، وعلی ضوء نتائج البحث، تمّ تقدیم مقترحات بحثیه، تطبیقیه ووضع سیاسات للمجال العلمی لریاده الاعمال، و تدابیر تنظیم المشاریع، وکذلک صنع السیاسات فی مجال ریاده الاعمال فی الدوله.

The Conceptualization of Entrepreneurial Opportunities in the Zahedan Tourism Industry: An Explorative Study

The necessity of paying attention to the factor of context in current entrepreneurial research makes exploring of entrepreneurial opportunities in the tourism industry in the city of Zahedan a prominent research topic. Therefore, the present research, using a qualitative and exploratory plan, conceptualizes the entrepreneurial opportunities of the tourism industry in the aforementioned Iranian city. The statistical population of the study consists of experts in the fields of entrepreneurship and tourism. The sampling method is theoretical and the criterion for determining the sample size is theoretical saturation. Data collection was performed through several semistructured qualitative interviews with twentythree sample. The results of the coding, categorization and validation process led to the developing of 11 main categories (anthropological opportunity, geomorphological opportunity, dynamic opportunity, nondynamic opportunity, placebo effect opportunity, technological opportunity, knowledgebased opportunity, abdominal opportunity, commercialization opportunity, service opportunity, Medical Opportunity) and 31 subcategories as entrepreneurial opportunities in the tourism industry of the city of Zahedan. On the one hand, the research findings contain theoretical contribution to the knowledgebased domain of entrepreneurship from the perspective of the necessity of developing grounded concepts based on the dynamics and specific contextual conditions, and explain the action of entrepreneur in Iran, on the other hand. These are also appropriate for designing of relevant models, especially in the tourism industry. In this regard, and based on the research findings, some suggestions for future researches, and some practical and policymaking implications for the scientific discipline of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial actions, and policymaking in the countrychr('39')s field of entrepreneurship have been presented.
