تحدید العوامل الموثره فی خلق الرویه الریادیه: تبیین دور البرامج التعلیمیه الموسساتیه

تعدّ الرویه الریادیه لدی رواد الاعمال جزءاً هاماً من الطاقه الانسانیه التی تعمل کمجال من المجالات فی عملیات اتخاذ القرار، وتتشکل من الاختیارات والترجیحات الفردیه ازاء قضایا الاستقلال وقبول المخاطره وتنفیذ الافکار الجدیده، وتتشکل ضمن المجالات التی تودی الی سلوک ابداعیه. فی هذه الدراسه نسعی لتسلیط الضوء علی دور البرامج التعلیمیه فی خلق الروی الریادیه فی العمل لدی الموظفین فی قطاع البنوک وماهیه العوامل الموثره فی خلق هذه الرویه وتکوینها. یصنف البحث الحاضر من حیث الغایه والهدف ضمن البحوث التوظیفیه، ومن حیث طریقه جمع البیانات ضمن البحوث الوصفیه - الترابطیه. تمّ الحصول علی المعلومات والبیانات من خلال نشر الاستماره، وصنفت هذه المعلومات عن طریق المنهج الطبقی من بین موظفی مصرف تجارت (التجاره) فی عموم مدینه طهران، فیما قمنا بتحلیل البیانات من خلال منهج عینات المعادلات الاطاریه. کانت معامل کرونباخ فی جمیع المجالات تفوق 7/0 ومتوسط تباین واریانس تفوق 5/0، کما تم التاکد من صدق البنی وثباتها. وتوصل البحث الی انّ البرامج التعلیمیه الموسساتیه لها تاثیر ایجابی علی الرویه الریادیه لدی الافراد. ان ّترکیبه خصائص الفریق التعلیمی فی الموسسه کان لها التاثیر الاکبر علی هذه الرویه لدی الموظفین. وبالتالی، من المتوقّع ان نلحظ تاثیراً افضل للبرامج التعلیمیه الّتی تساندها الفرق التعلیمیه القویه فی قطاع البنوک والمصارف

Identifying Factors Affecting Entrepreneurial Attitude: Explaining the Role of Organizational Training Programs

Entrepreneurial attitude of Entrepreneurs are an important component of human capital that acts as a context for decisionmaking processes and is shaped by individual preferences for independence, risktaking and the implementation of new ideas, among other aspects that lead to entrepreneurial behaviors. In this research, with focusing on explaining the role of educational programs on entrepreneurial attitude of banking industry employees, we seek to identify the factors influencing those attitudes. This study is applied research and in terms of data collection is descriptivecorrelation.The data were collected using a researchermade questionnaire and Proportional stratified samplingmethod among the employees of Tejarat Bank branches in Tehran. Data analysis was done using the structural equation modeling approach. Cronbachchr('39')s alpha for all constructs was higher than 0.7, average extracted variance was higher than 0.5, and construct validity and reliability were confirmed. According to the results, training programs in the organization have a positive impact on the entrepreneurial attitude of individuals. The combination of the characteristics of the training team in the organization has the most impact on the entrepreneurial attitude. Therefore, in the banking industry, training programs with strong training teams are expected to achieve better results.
