تاثیر المکونات الاداریه القانونیه ومشارکه اصحاب المصلحه فی صناعه السیاحه البیئیه لی مشارکه ملائکه الاعمال (دراسه حاله: مقاطعه کرمانشاه)

تهدف هذه الدراسه الی البحث فی مدی تاثیر مکونات الاداره القانونیه ومشارکه المنتفعین فی صناعه السیاحه البیئیه علی جذب ملاک الاعمال فی محافظه کرمانشاه. ﺗﻌﺘﻤﺪ ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺍﺳﺔ فی عرض المتغیرات ﻋﻠﻰ منهج ترکیب (الکمیه والکیفیه) والتبنی نسبیاً وجهات نظر الخبراء بالنتائج المستخلصه من تقنیه دلفی حیث تضم خمس وعشرین خبیر واکادیمی سیاحی وفی القسم الثانی تم توزیع استبانات بین 100 فرد من الشرائح المستهدفه وتنظیم احصائیات تم تصنیفهم الی ثلاثه فئات، هم اصحاب الکفاءات، رواد الاعمال والمثقفین وللاجابه علی الاستبیان تم طرح الاستماره، ولاختبار المنهج تمّ اعتماد تحلیل عامل تاییدی (cfa) وعلی نمذجه المعادله الهیکلیه للمربعات الاقل(pls) واستخدام تطبیق القبان الالکترونی smart pls نسخه 3، وذلک للاجابه علی الاستبیان. یشیر معامل ave بقیم اکثر من 0.5 علی جمیع هیاکل النموذج عن تاثیر التقارب المتناغم للمکونات الاداریه _القانونیه ومشارکه المساهمین فی السیاحه البیئیه علی جذب ملاک الاعمال (المستمثمرین) وموشر معامل الارتباط یظهر بالتوالی0/38 و0/65 ؛ لذلک، تعتبر مکونات الاداره القانونیه ومشارکه اصحاب المصلحه فی الصناعه البیئیه موثره فی اجتذاب راس المال والخبره لدی ملاک الاعمال.

The Influence of Legal-Managerial Components and Participation of Stakeholders in the Ecotourism Industry on Attracting Business-Angels (Case Study: Kermanshah Province)

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of legal management components and participation of stakeholders in the ecotourism industry on attracting business angels in Kermanshah province. This research is based on mixed (qualitativequantitative) method. The variables of this study are based on the relative consensus of experts and have been extracted using the Delphi technique. In the first part, the sample consists of 25 experts in the field of tourism and academia, and the second part includes the distribution of questionnaires among 100 people working in this field which was selected considering three indices: Entrepreneurs, Executives and Graduates of tourism industry in Iran. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) is used to test the model and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is used to answer the research questions using SmartPLS version 3 software. According to the results, AVE coefficient for all model constructs with greater than 0.5 and valid convergent validity indicates the impact of manageriallegal components and participation of ecotourism stakeholders on attracting business angels. The path coefficients for each are 0.38 and 0.65, respectively, so managementlegal components and stakeholder engagement are effective in attracting capital, expertise and energy from business angels.
