یسعی البحث الراهن لتقدیم نموذج عملی من محاضن الموسسات القائم علی نموذج المسرعات، حیث ان محاضن الموسسات هی احدی العناصر الرئیسه فی المنظومه البیئیه لخلق فرص العمل الدائمه وهی تعمل بصفتها وکیلا علی ریاده الاعمال. ان تحسین نماذج العمل فی محاضن الموسسات یودی الی تعزیز روح الابداع وقیاده البحوث نحو سوق التجاره والاعمال. ویعتمد البحث الاتجاه الکیفی من نوع النظریه المتجذره وعبر طریقه اخذ العینات الهادف وجمع المعلومات من بین 18 شخصا من المبدعین الجامعیین فی مجال ریاده الاعمال والذین استفادوا من خدمات مراکز التسریع امثال المدراء والخبراء فی محاضن الموسسات والمدراء والخبراء فی مراکز التسریع، والخبراء الجامعیین المتخصصین فی البنی البحثیه. کما تم تحلیل المعلومات والبیانات التی توصلنا الیها باستخدام اداه المقابله وذلک فی ثلاث مراحل من عملیات الترقیم السائده فی اتجاه غلیزر. ونتائج البحث اظهرت ان امتلاک خصائص التسریع فی اطار نموذج محاضن الموسسات یتم تحدیدها من قبل موشرات عُرفت فی هذا البحث کخصائص لمحاضن الموسسات. ومع ذلک فان الحصول علی هذه الخصائص هی نتیجه لعوامل جری اعتبارها فی بحثنا الراهن کمُعرّف او مشغل. ان محاضن الموسسات القائمه علی المسرعات ولکی تحصل علی اهدافها یجب علیها ان تستفید من استراتیجیات متعدده مثل استلهام التجارب العالمیه الناجحه، وتقییم الروی والاعمال، وتوفیر الانترنت. وفی الختام دلت النتائج علی تاثیر عوامل مثل البیئه والمنتفعین فی عملیه خلق فرص العمل فی مجال ریاده الاعمال. ان استخدام النموذج الحالی تترتب علیه نتائج مختلفه مثل تطویر مصالح المبدعین الجامعیین، وخلق فرص العمل، ونقل العلم والتکنولوجیا، وخلق وظائف واعمال جدیده ومصالح اجتماعیه.

Presenting a Model of University Incubation Services based on Accelerators

Aims: This study is aimed at developing a universitybased incubators taking into account accelerators. The universitybased incubators are one of the key elements of sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystems, which act as the entrepreneurship ombudsman. Improving the model rsquo;s incubators would foster innovation and commercialization of research. Methods: This study, using a qualitative approach based on Grounded theory, was conducted through the theoretical sampling and data gathering from among 18 academic entrepreneurs who could benefited from acceleration centers services, incubators managers and experts, accredited managers and experts in accelerators as well as experts in the field of research concepts. Also, the data were analyzed using interview tools during three common coding steps in the Glaser approach. Conclusion: The findings show that the acceleration characteristics in the incubator model are determined by the indicators identified in this study as center features. Acceleratorbased incubators need to use strategies such as modeling successful international examples, validating ideas and business, accessing to the Internet to achieve their goals. Finally, the results indicate the impact of environmental contexts and such as stakeholders. Applying the resulting model can lead to various outcomes such as promoting the interests of academic entrepreneurs, creating jobs, transferring knowledge and technology, creating sustainable business, creating new businesses and social benefits.
