ارائه الگوی برنامه آموزشی کارآفرینی برای کودکان پیش دبستانی در ایران بر اساس طبقه بندی بلوم

طی دهه گذشته، آموزش کارآفرینی به کودکان در بسیاری از کشورها به یک موضوع اساسی درسی تبدیل شده است اما با وجود اهمیت این موضوع، خلاء پژوهش هایی که به طور صریح آموزش کارآفرینی در سنین پیش دبستانی را مورد بررسی قرار می دهند، در کشور به چشم می خورد. بر این اساس این پژوهش به دنبال ارائه الگوی برنامه آموزشی کارآفرینی در دوره پیش دبستانی در کشور می باشد. تحقیق حاضر اکتشافی واز نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر گردآوری داده ها و اطلاعات از نوع کیفی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل بنیان گذران مهدکودک ها و کلیه ی مدیران، کارشناسان و خبرگان حوزه اموزش در مهدکودک ها و مدارس پیش دبستانی استان تهران، با حداقل ده سال سابقه تحصیلات و یا تجربه مرتبط با کارآفرینی در این حوزه می باشد. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته با 13 نفر از خبرگان و به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده های کیفی از کد گذاری باز و محوری استفاده شده است. نتایج پژوهش با استفاده از تلفیق مولفه های طبقه بندی بلوم شامل سه مولفه درک و فهم، بکارگیری و کاربرد و تفکر نقادانه و خلق و ابعاد برنامه آموزشی شامل اهداف، محتوا، روش تدریس و نقش معلم در قالب ماتریس برنامه آموزش کارآفرینی برای کودکان ارائه گردیده است.

providing an entrepreneurship education program for preschool children in iran based on bloom’s taxonomy

over the past decade, teaching entrepreneurship to children has become an essential educational subject in several countries. despite the importance of this subject, there is a lack of studies explicitly examining entrepreneurship training in preschool ages in the country. hence, the present research aims to provide an entrepreneurship education program for preschool children in the country. the present research is an exploratory study which is also an applied study in terms of purpose and a descriptive study in terms of the data collection method. the study population includes the founders of kindergartens as well as all principles, professionals, and experts in the field of education in kindergartens and preschools located in tehran with at least 10 years of educational or working experience related to entrepreneurship in this field. semi-structured interviews with 13 experts were conducted to collect data, and qualitative data were coded through open and axial coding. study results have been presented in the form of an entrepreneurship education program matrix for children through the integration of bloom’s taxonomy’ components (including three components of comprehension and understanding, application and analysis, and creation and critical thinking) and the dimensions of educational programs including goals, contents, teaching method, and teacher’s role.
