روایت اعضاء از سرمایه اجتماعی در تشکیل و توسعه تعاونی‌های کارآفرینی زنان (بررسی آسیب‌شناسی تعاونی‌های کارآفرین زنان در شهرستان دامغان)

شناسایی و تقویت سرمایه اجتماعی در قالب ظرفیت‌های متنوع سازمان‌های مردم‌نهاد و عضویت‌های داوطلبانه سبب افزایش سطح همکاری اعضاء در گروه‌های اجتماعی و جامعه می‌شود. وجود میزان قابل قبولی از سرمایه‌ی اجتماعی موجب تسهیل کنش‌های اجتماعی می‌شود، به‌طوری‌که در مواقع بحرانی می‌توان از سرمایه‌ی اجتماعی به‌عنوان اصلی‌ترین منبع حل مشکلات و اصلاح فرایندهای موجود سود بُرد. پژوهش حاضر، با هدف کاربردی و برحسب روش گردآوری اطلاعات کیفی تحلیل مضمون روایت اعضاء تعاونی‌ ها از سرمایه ی اجتماعی در تعاونی ها است. نتایج حاصل از داده ها در ٢٧٥ مفهوم، ٩ مقوله اولیه و مقولات ثانویه «حاشیه رانی نهادی امر تعاون»، «کاهش مشارکت مداوم در بین اعضاء» و «ضعف عملکردی تعاونی ها» مورد بحث و تحلیل واقع شدند. سرآخر، این مقولات در مقوله ی هسته ی «ضعف تعامل اجتماعی و نهادی تعاونی ها» جای داده شدند. بر این اساس، آسیب های تعاونی در بعد درونی و بیرونی ناشی از ضعف تعامل اجتماعی بیرونی نهادی بوده و برای برطرف نمودن آنها لازم است توانمندسازی و حمایت نهادی انجام گیرد.

The narration of members of Social capital in the formation and development of women’s entrepreneurial cooperatives (pathology study of women’s entrepreneurial cooperatives in Damghan County)

Identifying and strengthening social capital in the form of diverse capacities of nongovernmental organizations and voluntary memberships increases the level of cooperation of members in social groups and society. Having an acceptable amount of social capital facilitates social actions, so that in times of crisis, social capital can be used as the main source of problem solving and modification of existing processes. The present study, with a practical purpose, deals with the thematic analysis of the narratives of cooperative members about social capital in cooperatives. The results of the data were discussed in ٢٧٥ concept, primary 9 and secondary categories of &institutional marginalization of cooperatives&, &reduction of continuous participation among members& and &poor performance of cooperatives&. Finally, these categories were placed in the core category of &weak social and institutional interaction of cooperatives.& Accordingly, cooperative injuries in the internal and external dimension are due to the weakness of external institutional social interaction, and to eliminate them, it is necessary to provide institutional empowerment and support.
