تاثیر جهت گیری کارآفرینانه بر رفتار کارآفرینی با میانجی گری قصد کارآفرینی در دانشجویان مهندسی سیستان و بلوچستان

جهانی سازی و اقتصاد دانش بنیان منجر به تغییر ماموریت سنتی آموزشی و پژوهشی دانشگاه برای توسعه اقتصادی و اجتماعی شده است. که دراین توسعه، دانشگاه به منظورکمک به نیروی کارماهر برای پاسخ به تقاضاهای متغیر بازار کار تحت تاثیر جهت گیری ها و اهداف کارآفرینانه افراد است. لذا، هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر جهت گیری کارآفرینانه بر رفتار کارآفرینی با نقش میانجی قصد کارآفرینی از دیدگاه دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی مهندسی دانشگاه سیستان و بلوچستان بوده است. روش پژوهش برحسب هدف کاربردی و برحسب گردآوری اطلاعات توصیفی همبستگی بوده است که در جامعه دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی مهندسی دانشگاه سیستان و بلوچستان با نمونه 260 نفری بر اساس تصادفی ساده اجرا شده است. ابزار پژوهش سه پرسشنامه استاندارد جهت گیری کارآفرینی فردی بولتن و لین(2012) ، رفتار کارآفرینانه اسشمیدت و همکاران(2018) و قصد کارآفرینی لینان و چن(2009) بوده است. روایی تاییدی و پایایی هر سه ابزار مناسب گزارش شد. روش تجزیه و تحلیل با استفاده از نرم افزار 5/8 lisrel مدل معادلات ساختاری بوده است. نتایج نشان داد، جهت گیری کارآفرینانه فردی به صورت مستقیم و غیرمستقیم از طریق قصد کارآفرینی بر رفتار کارآفرینانه موثر است. همچنین قصد کارآفرینی بر رفتار کارآفرینانه به صورت مستقیم موثر بود. می توان گفت ارزش های ریسک پذیری، فعال بودن و نوآوری در کنار قصد کارآفرینی نقش سازنده در رفتارکارآفرینانه خواهند شد. به نوعی در تحرک و ایجاد رفتار کارآفرینی دانشجویان، نگرش ها و شخصیت فرد بهمراه هدف معین نقش سازنده دارد.

The effect of individual entrepreneurship orientation on entrepreneurial behavior with the mediating role of entrepreneurial intention in post-graduate engineering students

Globalization and knowledgebased economy have led to the alteration of the traditional mission of university education and research to economic and social development or the University of Entrepreneurship. Higher education in helping the skilled workforce to respond to the changing demands of the labor market in a knowledgebased economy is influenced by the entrepreneurial orientations and goals. So, this study aimed to investigate the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on entrepreneurial behavior with the mediating role of entrepreneurial intention from the perspective of graduate engineering students of Sistan and Baluchestan University. The research method was a correlation that was performed in the community of graduate engineering students of Sistan and Baluchestan University with a sample of 260 people based on simple random sampling. The research tools were three questionnaires: individual entrepreneurship orientation, entrepreneurial behavior, and entrepreneurial intention. Confirmatory validity and reliability of all three appropriate instruments were reported well. The analysis method using Lisrel software was a structural equation model. The results revealed that the orientation of individual entrepreneurship directly and indirectly through entrepreneurial intention is effective on entrepreneurial behavior. Entrepreneurial intent also had a direct effect on entrepreneurial behavior. It can be said that the values of risktaking, activism, and innovation along with entrepreneurial intention will play a constructive role in entrepreneurial behavior. In a way, in the mobility and creation of entrepreneurial behavior of students, the attitudes and personality of the individual along with a specific goal play a constructive role.
