ارائه الگوی شکل گیری سرمایه گذاری جسورانه پایدار در ایران از منظر نهادی (با استفاده از نظریه مبتنی بر داده‏)

علی‌رغم افزایش روزافزون تعداد صندوق‌ها و سرمایه‌گذاری‌های جسورانه، حجم طرح‌ها و سرمایهگذاری‌هایی که صورت می‌پذیرد چه از حیث تعداد و چه از نظر مبلغ، نشان دهنده عدم شکل‌گیری و استمرار این نوع سرمایه‌گذاری است. بنابراین این مسئله بیان می‌شود که الگوی شکل‌گیری سرمایهگذاری جسورانه در ایران چگونه است؟ به منظور رسیدن به این الگو از روش بنیادی (برحسب هدف)، رویکرد کیفی (بر اساس گردآوری نظام‌مند داده‌ها) و راهبرد نظریه برخاسته بر داده استفاده شد. گردآوری داده‌ها طی مصاحبه عمیق با 13 نفر از موسسین بنگاه های سرمایه گذاری جسورانه، کارآفرینان سرمایه پذیر و همچنین سیاستگذاران این حوزه با دارا بودن حداقل 3 سال فعالیت در زمینه های آموزش، سیاست‌گذاری یا درگیری در فعالیت های اجرایی در زمینه تامین مالی از طریق سرمایه‌گذاری جسورانه و یا داشتن تجربه در پذیرش سرمایه جسورانه، انجام شد. روش نمونه گیری در پژوهش حاضر، گلوله برفی است . الگوی بدست آمده نشان می‌دهد، مقوله اصلی که به پیامد استمرار عملکرد کارای چرخه عمر سرمایه‌گذاری جسورانه منجر می‌شود، گرایش به حداکثرسازی منافع می‌باشد. از آنجا که نهادهای غیررسمی، بر شکل‌گیری سرمایه‌گذاری جسورانه تاثیرگذار میباشند، می‌توان از طریق راهبردهای توسعه نهادهای رسمی و ایجاد ارتباط هم‌ساختی پایدار میان بخش عمومی و خصوصی و تحت تاثیر ویژگی‌های محیطی و پدیده انتشار شاهد استمرار عملکرد کارای چرخه عمر سرمایه‌گذاری جسورانه بود و بر این اساس، سیر داستان ترسیم می‌شود.

The Model of Permanent venture capital Formation in Iran from an institutional approach

In spite of the everincreasing number of venture capitals (VCs), the volume of projects and investments, both in terms of number and amount, indicates the lack of formation and continuity of this type of investment in Iran. Therefore, it is argued that “what is the pattern of VC investment formation in Iran? In order to achieve the designated model, this research is fundamental method in terms of purpose, and has used qualitative approach (based on systematic data collection) and the strategy of the qualitative grounded theory research method. Data collection was conducted during deep and semistructured interviews with 13 founders of VC firms, target entrepreneurs as well as policy makers with characteristics of having at least 3 years of activity in education and policymaking or having experience in executive activities in financing through VC investing or accepting vc invests. The snowball sampling method was used in this study. Findings show that the main issue that leads to the sustainability of continuation of efficient life cycle of vc investment, is the tendency to maximize the interests of the stakeholders. Since informal institutions have an impact on the formation of vc investing, one can use strategies in order to develop formal institutions and establish a sustainable coconstruction between the public and private sectors, which is influenced by the environmental factors and the phenomenon of diffusion and can result in the continuation of efficient life cycle of vc investment.
