تاثیر مهارت‌های اکتشافی تیم موسس بر پیشرفت فرآیند ایجاد کسب‌وکار نوپا: تبیین نقش تعدیل‌گر درجه تازگی ایده

این پژوهش با هدف  تاثیر  مهارت‌های اکتشافی تیم موسس بر پیشرفت فرآیند ایجاد کسب‌وکار نوپا صورت گرفته است. روش پژوهش بر حسب هدف، کاربردی و از لحاظ رویکرد کّمی است. روش  جمع‌آوری  داده‌ها همبستگی و با استفاده از ابزار  پرسش‌نامه محقق‌ساخته انجام شده که   در اختیار 210 نفر در 101 تیم موسس  در شرکت‌های فناور مستقر در پارک‌های علم و فناوری شهر تهران قرار گرفت. روش تحلیل رگرسیون سلسه مراتبی نیز با استفاده از  نرم‌افزارspss25  صورت گرفته است. نتایج نشان  می‌دهد که  مهارت‌های  پرسش‌گری و مشاهده‌گری تیم موسس، بر پیشرفت فرآیند ایجاد کسب‌وکار تاثیرگذار است. بررسی تاثیر تعدیل‌گر درجه تازگی ایده نیز نشان می‌دهد که مشاهده‌گری،  به‌ویژه زمانی که نوآوری ایده پائین است، پیشرفت فرآیند ایجاد  کسب‌وکار را تقویت  می‌کند. این نتایج  بینش‌های ارزشمندی در جهت فهم رشد فرآیند ایجاد  کسب‌وکار برای  محققان و کارآفرینان ارائه  می‌دهد

The impact of founding team’s exploratory behaviors on the progress of startup process: the moderating role of idea novelty

This research was aimed at identifying the founding team’s exploratory skills on the progress of the business creation process. The method of this research was applied in terms of objective with a quantitative approach, survey method, and a closedended questionnaire tool from 210 founders in 101 teams of technologybased companies operating in Tehran’s science and technology parks, and a hierarchical regression analysis method using Version 25 of SPSS software. The results show that the founder team’s questioning and observing skills positively affect the progress of the business creation process. The test of the moderating effect of the idea novelty in the exploratory skillsprogress of venture creation process link also suggests that the observatory skills are in particular important for the progress of the business creation when the idea of innovation is low. This provides valuable insights into a better understanding of the venture creation process.
