فراترکیب عوامل موثر بر توسعه کسب‌وکارهای فناورانه نوپا در اکوسیستم کارآفرینی

نقش کلیدی کارآفرینی و کسب‌وکارهای فناورانه نوپا در روند رشد اقتصادی و توسعه پایدار کشورها روشن است. به‌عنوان یک قاعده کلی، شکل‌گیری و عملکرد مناسب چنین کسب‌وکارهایی در گرو عملکرد مطلوب مقوله‌ای با عنوان اکوسیستم کارآفرینی معرفی می‌شود. ازاین‌رو، توجه به عوامل موجود در این اکوسیستم و تاثیرگذاری آن‌ها بر کسب‌وکارهای فناورانه نوپا، ضروری و هم‌سو با معانی افزایش توسعه اقتصادی و صنعتی و ایجاد مشاغل گوناگون در جوامع است. روش پژوهش حاضر برحسب هدف، بنیادی و برحسب روش گردآوری اطلاعات، فراترکیب است. همچنین جامعه آماری، مطالعات مرتبط با موضوع پژوهش در مجلات scopus و web of science بوده و ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، مطالعات داده‌های ثانویه کتابخانه‌ای است. در فرآیند این تحقیق، ابتدا با استفاده از روش فراترکیب، ابعاد و مولفه‌های محتمل اکوسیستم یادشده شناسایی شد. سپس با بهره‌گیری از نظر خبرگان، نتایج حاصل از این روش مورد تحلیل و راستی‌آزمایی قرار گرفت. بر این‌ اساس 12 مولفه سیاست‌گذاران، موسسه‌های آموزش عالی و دانشگاه‌ها، حمایت‌گران، بازارها، عوامل سازمانی، انکوباتورها، شتاب‌دهندگان، سرمایه‌گذاران، نهادها، بازیگران و ذی‌نفعان، فرهنگ و اجتماع، و عوامل فردی با در برداشتن 36 مفهوم در 3 بُعد خرد، میانی و کلان نتیجه‌گیری شده است

Metasynthesis of Factors Affecting to Develop Startups in New TechnologyBased Firms in Entrepreneurial Ecosystem

The key role of entrepreneurship and Startups in New TechnologyBased Firms is clear in the process of economic growth and sustainable development of countries. As a general rule, the formation and proper operation of such businesses depends on the desirable performance of the basis titled Entrepreneurial Ecosystem. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the factors in this ecosystem and their impact on the businesses; this is consistent with the implications of increasing economic and industrial development and creating various occupations in societies. The method of this research is based on the purpose of developmental theoretical and in terms of the method of data collection is Metasynthesis; also, the statistical community is researches related to the research topic in Scopus and Web of Science journals, and the data collection tool is secondary data studies In the process of this research, first, by using Metasynthesis, the dimensions and probable components of the ecosystem were identified, then by using experts’ opinion, the results of this method were analyzed and verified. Based on the thesis’ results, consequently, 12 components Policy makers, Higher education institutions and universities, Supporters, Markets, Organizational factors, Incubators, Accelerators, Investors, Institutions, Actors and stakeholders, Culture and society, and Individual factors including 36 concepts in 3 dimensions of micro, meso and macro are presented.
