نحوه مواجهه جوانان ایرانی با ارزش‌های فرهنگی غرب: از استحکام هویتی تا مقاومت فرهنگی

این پژوهش با هدف فهم تاثیرات ارزش‌های غربی بر جوانان شهر تبریز و تحلیل ابعاد و سطوح مختلف ارزش‌های غربی انجام شده است. روش تحقیق به کار رفته در این مطالعه کیفی و بر مبنای نظریه داده‌بنیاد و با رهیافت ساخت‌گرایانه چارمزی بوده است. شیوه گردآوری داده‌ها از نوع مصاحبه عمیق و با سوالات نیمه‌ساختاریافته بود که در این راستا، 21 نفر از جوانان شهر تبریز مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. در این راستا، یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که ارزش‌های غربی در ابعاد فرهنگی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی و سیاسی تاثیرگذار بوده و در سطوح مختلف فردی، گروهی و اجتماعی به تغییرات رفتاری و هویتی جوانان منجر شده‌اند. عوامل شکل‌گیری این پدیده شامل جهانی‌شدن، تکنولوژی، و تحولات اقتصادی، فرهنگی و نظام خانواده بوده است که از ریشه‌های فلسفی، تاریخی و ساختاری غربی نشات گرفته‌اند. جوانان در مواجهه با این ارزش‌ها از پنج راهبرد مختلف یعنی از پذیرش گزینشی تا رد و مقاومت استفاده می‌کنند. انتخاب این راهبردها تحت تاثیر عواملی چون هویت ملی، آموزه‌های دینی، خانواده، سطح تحصیلات، نظام آموزشی و فرهنگ سیاسی قرار داشته است. سرانجام، نتایج نشان می‌دهد که پیامدهای این مواجهه به صورت مثبت، منفی، و ترکیبی بروز یافته و تاثیرات مختلفی بر هویت فرهنگی، تعاملات اجتماعی، و سبک زندگی جوانان داشته است.

how iranian youth confront western cultural values: from identity resilience to cultural resistance

this study aims to understand the impact of western values on the youth of tabriz and to analyze the various dimensions and levels of western values. the research method employed in this study is qualitative, based on grounded theory, and follows charmaz’s constructivist approach. data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews with semi-structured questions, analyzing 21 young individuals from the city of tabriz. the findings indicate that western values have influenced cultural, economic, social, and political dimensions, leading to behavioral and identity changes among the youth at individual, group, and societal levels. the factors contributing to this phenomenon include globalization, technology, and transformations in the economy, culture, and family structure, all of which originate from western philosophical, historical, and structural roots. in response to these values, the youth employ five different strategies, ranging from selective acceptance to rejection and resistance. the choice of these strategies is influenced by factors such as national identity, religious teachings, family, education level, the educational system, and political culture. finally, the results show that the outcomes of this encounter have manifested in positive, negative, and mixed forms, with various impacts on the cultural identity, social interactions, and lifestyle of the youth.
