شناسایی و تبیین ابعاد تربیت مکتبی مدیران بر مبنای سیره مدیریتی مکتب شهید سلیمانی

ﻣﺪﯾﺮان از ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎی راﻫﺒﺮدی، ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ و ﺧﻠﻖ ارزش واﻗﻌﯽ ﺑﺮای ﺟﻮاﻣﻊ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ. ﺑﻪ ﻧﺤﻮی ﮐﻪ ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺖ ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﺷﺎﯾﺴﺘﻪ و رﺷﺪ و ارﺗﻘﺎی آنﻫﺎ از دﻏﺪﻏﻪﻫﺎی اﺻﻠﯽ ﺳﯿﺎﺳﺘﻤﺪاران و ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪرﯾﺰان ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺷﻬﯿﺪ ﺳﻠﯿﻤﺎﻧﯽ از ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﻣﻮﻓﻖ ﻣﻠﯽ و ﺑﯿﻦاﻟﻤﻠﻠﯽ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻣﮑﺘﺐ اﯾﺸﺎن ﺑﻪﻋﻨﻮان ﯾﮏ راﻫﻨﻤﺎی ﻋﻤﻞ ﺻﺮﻓﺎً ﯾﮏ ﻣﮑﺘﺐ ﺗﺨﺼﺼﯽ، ﻓﻘﻬﯽ، ﻓﻠﺴﻔﯽ ﯾﺎ ﺳﯿﺎﺳﯽ ﻧﯿﺴﺖ، ﺑﻠﮑﻪ ﯾﮏ »ﻣﮑﺘﺐ ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺘﯽ« اﺳﺖ، ﺑﺮ اﯾﻦ اﺳﺎس ﻫﺪف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ و ﺗﺒﯿﯿﻦ اﺑﻌﺎد ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺖ ﻣﮑﺘﺒﯽ ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﺑﺮ ﻣﺒﻨﺎی ﺳﯿﺮه ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺘﯽ ﺷﻬﯿﺪ ﺳﻠﯿﻤﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﯽ-ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. در ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﮐﻪ ازﺟﻤﻠﻪ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶﻫﺎی آﻣﯿﺨﺘﻪ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ؛ ﻣﺒﻨﺎی ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ در ﺑﺨﺶ اول ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﯿﺎﻧﺎت ﻣﻘﺎم ﻣﻌﻈﻢ رﻫﺒﺮی(ﻣﺪﻇﻠﻪاﻟﻌﺎﻟﯽ)ﭘﯿﺮاﻣﻮن ﺷﺨﺼﯿﺖ ﺷﻬﯿﺪ ﺳﻠﯿﻤﺎﻧﯽ و اﺳﻨﺎد ﻣﻮﺟﻮد در ارﺗﺒﺎط ﺑﺎ ﺷﻬﯿﺪ ﺳﻠﯿﻤﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺑﻪﮐﺎرﮔﯿﺮی روش ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻣﻀﻤﻮن ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪوﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻗﺮارﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪاﻧﺪ. ﺑﻪﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﮐﺴﺐ اﻃﻤﯿﻨﺎن، ﻣﻀﺎﻣﯿﻦ اﺳﺘﺨﺮاج ﺷﺪه در اﺧﺘﯿﺎر ﻣﺪﯾﺮان و ﻓﺮﻣﺎﻧﺪﻫﺎن ﻧﯿﺮوی زﻣﯿﻨﯽ ﺳﭙﺎه ﭘﺎﺳﺪاران ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ و دادهﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از آزﻣﻮن دوﺟﻤﻠﻪای در ﺳﻄﺢ ﭘﻨﺞ درﺻﺪ ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪوﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ و ﺗﺄﯾﯿﺪ ﺷﺪ. درﻧﻬﺎﯾﺖ ﺑﺮازﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﻣﺪل ﺑﺎ روش ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎری ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ و ﺗﺄﯾﯿﺪ ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ اﺑﻌﺎد ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺘﯽ ﻣﮑﺘﺐ ﺷﻬﯿﺪ ﺳﻠﯿﻤﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﺒﺘﻨﯽ ﺑﺮ ﭘﻨﺞ ﺑﻌﺪ ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺖ دﯾﻨﯽ (ﺧﺪاﻣﺤﻮر ﺑﻮدن، ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽ ﮔﺮاﯾﯽ، دﯾﻦﻣﺪاری، وﻻﯾﺖﻣﺪاری، ﻣﻌﺎدﮔﺮاﯾﯽ، ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺖ ﺻﺤﯿﺢ اﺳﻼم)، ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺖ ﻋﻘﻼﯾﯽ (ﻋﺒﺮت آﻣﻮزی، اﻧﺪﯾﺸﻪورزی، ﺣﮑﻤﺖآﻣﻮزی، واﻗﻊﺑﯿﻨﯽ، ﺑﺼﯿﺮتاﻓﺰاﯾﯽ و ﺷﮑﻮﻓﺎﺳﺎزی ارزشﻫﺎی ﻋﻘﻼﻧﯽ ﻋﻤﻠﯽ)، ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺖ اﻧﻘﻼﺑﯽ (اﺳﺘﮑﺒﺎرﺳﺘﯿﺰی، ﺟﻬﺎدﮔﺮی، اﺳﺘﻘﻼلﻃﻠﺒﯽ، آزادیﺧﻮاﻫﯽ، روﺣﯿﻪ اﻧﻘﻼﺑﯽ داﺷﺘﻦ)، ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺖ ﻗﺎﻧﻮﻧﯽ (ﻣﺒﺎرزه ﺑﺎ ﻗﺎﻧﻮنﺷﮑﻨﯽ و ﻗﺎﻧﻮنﺷﮑﻨﺎن، اﻧﻀﺒﺎط ﻗﺎﻧﻮﻧﯽ، ﻓﺼﻞ اﻟﺨﻄﺎب داﻧﺴﺘﻦ ﻗﺎﻧﻮن)، ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺖ اﺧﻼﻗﯽ (ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺖ ﻓﻀﺎﯾﻞ و رذاﯾﻞ اﺧﻼﻗﯽ، ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ اﺣﺴﺎﺳﺎت، اﻋﺘﺪال ﮔﺮاﯾﯽ، ﻣﺮدمﻣﺪاری، ﻓﻀﯿﻠﺖﺧﻮاﻫﯽ، ﺗﻬﺬﯾﺐ و ﺗﺰﮐﯿﻪ ﻧﻔﺲ) ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﻧﺨﺴﺘﯿﻦ ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻋﯽ ﮐﻪ دراﻧﺘﺸﺎر و ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﺗﻤﺎﻣﯽ ﻣﮑﺘﺐﻫﺎی ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺘﯽ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﯾﺴﺖ رﻋﺎﯾﺖ ﺷﻮد، ﺗﺮوﯾﺞ و ﺗﻘﻮﯾﺖ ﻣﺒﺎﻧﯽ و اﺑﻌﺎد ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺖ در آن ﻣﮑﺘﺐ اﺳﺖ. ازاﯾﻦرو ﭘﯿﺸﻨﻬﺎد ﻣﯽﺷﻮد در راﺳﺘﺎی ﺗﺮوﯾﺞ و ﮔﺴﺘﺮش ﻣﮑﺘﺐ ﺷﻬﯿﺪ ﺳﻠﯿﻤﺎﻧﯽ در ﻣﯿﺎن ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﮔﺰﯾﻨﺶ، اﻧﺘﺼﺎب و ارﺗﻘﺎی ﻣﻬﺎرتﻫﺎی ﻣﺪﯾﺮان اﺑﻌﺎد ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺖ اﺧﻼﻗﯽ، ﻗﺎﻧﻮﻧﯽ، ﻋﻘﻼﯾﯽ، دﯾﻨﯽ و اﻧﻘﻼﺑﯽ ﻟﺤﺎظ ﮔﺮدد .

identifying and explaining the dimensions of school education of managers based on the management history of shahid soleimani school

managers are strategic components, development and creation of real value for societies. in such a way that the training of competent managers and their growth and promotion are the main concerns of politicians and planners. shahid soleimani is one of the successful national and international managers, whose school, as a practical guide, is not just a specialized, jurisprudential, philosophical or political school, but an &educational school&, therefore, the aim of the current research is to identify and explain the dimensions of school education of managers based on shahid soleimani’s managerial career. in the current research, which is one of the mixed researches; the basis of the analysis in the first part of the research is the statements of the supreme leader (madazla al-aali) regarding the personality of martyr soleimani and the existing documents related to martyr soleimani, which have been analyzed using thematic analysis method. in order to gain confidence, the themes extracted were provided to the managers and commanders of the irgc ground forces, and the data were analyzed and confirmed using a binomial test at the five percent level. finally, the suitability of the model was evaluated and confirmed by structural equation method. the results of the investigations showed that the educational dimensions of shahid soleimani school are based on five dimensions of religious education, rational education, revolutionary education, legal education, and moral education.
