تعلیم و تربیت نظامیان از دیدگاه امام خامنه‌ای(مدظله‌العالی) و تبیین اهداف، اصول و روش‌های تربیتی آن‌ها

این پژوهش با هدف تبیین اهداف، اصول و روش‌های تعلیم و تربیت نظامیان از دیدگاه امام خامنه‌ای(مدظله‌العالی) انجام پذیرفته است و از نظر هدف جزء پژوهش‌های کاربردی و از نظر روش، کیفی مبتنی بر روش تحلیل محتوا و از نظر روش گردآوری اطلاعات به روش کتابخانه‌ای است. جامعه آماری شامل مجموعه بیانات و فرامین امام خامنه‌ای(مدظله‌العالی) می‌باشد. ابزار و رویکرد پژوهش، در راستای هدف‌های پژوهش و متناسب با آن‌ها به صورت توصیفی و با شیوه‌ی تحلیل محتوا می‌باشد. یافته‌های پژوهش با استفاده از روش تکوین استقرایی نشان می‌دهد که تعلیم و تربیت از دیدگاه امام خامنه‌ای(مدظله‌العالی)، دارای 3 مقوله اصلی شامل: اهداف، اصول و روش‌ها و 17 مقوله فرعی نهایی شامل: اهداف (افزایش رضایت و لقای پروردگار، تقویت غیرت، ابتکار و پشتکار، ایجاد روح اتحاد، همدلی و محبت، پرستش خدا (تقویت ایمان)، تقویت عزت نفس و بصیرت‌افزایی)، اصول (عدالت گستری و عدم وابستگی، جهاد با نفس و دیانت، دفاع از آرمان‌ها، اتحاد و تعاون و توکل بر خدا) و روش‌ها (تربیت جسمانی، تربیت اخلاقی، تربیت معنوی، تربیت روحی و روانی، تربیت اجتماعی و تربیت نظامی و امنیتی) می‌باشد.

military education and training from imam khamenei’s point of view and explanation of their goals, principles and training methods

this research was carried out with the aim of explaining the aims, principles and methods of military education from the perspective of imam khamenei (the exalted) and in terms of purpose it is part of applied research and in terms of method, qualitative based on content analysis method and in terms of information gathering method it is a library. the statistical population includes the collection of statements and decrees of imam khamenei. the research tools and approach are in line with the research goals and in accordance with them in a descriptive and content analysis manner. the findings of the research using the inductive development method show that education and training from the perspective of imam khamenei has 3 main categories including: goals, principles and methods and 17 final subcategories including: goals (increasing satisfaction and meeting god, strengthening zeal , initiative and perseverance, creating a spirit of unity, empathy and love, worshiping god (strengthening faith), strengthening self-esteem and increasing insight), principles (spreading justice and non-dependence, jihad with self and religion, defending ideals, unity and cooperation and trust) on god) and methods (physical training, moral training, spiritual training, mental and spiritual training, social training and military and security training).keywords: imam khamenei, education, training, goals, principles and methods.
