بررسی تجارب زیسته دانشجومعلمان دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان خراسان جنوبی از اردوهای جهادی: مطالعه پدیدارشناسی

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تجارب زیسته دانشجومعلمان دانشگاه فرهنگیان از اردوهای جهادی صورت گرفت. این مطالعه با روش کیفی و با استفاده از رویکرد پدیدارشناسی انجام شد. پژوهشگران با بهره‌گیری از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند از نوع معیار، تعداد 9 نفر از دانشجو معلمان پسر اعزامی به اردوهای جهادی را شناسایی و انتخاب کردند. داده‌های پژوهش با استفاده از مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته جمع آوری شده و روایی پرسش‌های مصاحبه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و از آن‌ها مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته به عمل آوردند. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های حاصل از مصاحبه‌ها، از روش هفت مرحله‌ای کلایزی و از نرم افزار maxqda11به عنوان ابزار تحلیل استفاده شد. جهت اعتباربخشی به یافته‌ها از ملاک چهارگانه گوبا و لینکلن (1989) استفاده شد. تجارب دانشجو معلمان در قالب چهار مضمون اصلی اهداف و ماهیت(تربیت معلمان معنوی و جهادی، رسیدگی به مناطق محروم، افزایش روحیه کارگروهی)، علت حضور(همراهی با دوستان، تفریح و سرگرمی، علاقه مندی، رشد فردی، احساس وظیفه و کسب توانمندی و مهارت)، چالش‌ها و مشکلات(شناسایی و تشخیص مناطق محروم، بهداشت و تغذیه، حمل و نقل، عدم مدیریت اوقات فراغت وسختی کار)و پیامدها و دستاوردها(پیشرفت مناطق محروم، رشد آموزشی و تربیتی دانش‌آموزان روستا، مهارت آموزی، تاثیر روانی مثبت، افزایش جامعه‌پذیری و دوستی و صمیمت و تقویت تشکیلات) طبقه‌‍‌بندی شد.نتای ج پژوهش نشان می دهد که دانشجو معلمان دانشگاه فرهنگیان برا ین ا عتقاد هستند که حضور در اردوهای جهادی شخصیت ساز است و برای آنها پیامدهای مختلفی داشته است و همچنین این اردوها در کسب مهارتهای زندگی و معلمی برای آنها اثربخش بوده است. دانشجو معلمان در کنار تمامی دستاوردهای ذکر شده، مشکلاتی و چالش هایی را در این سفر مطرح کرده اند

investigating the lived experiences of farhangian university of south khorasan province from jihadi camps: a phenomenological study

the present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the lived experiences of farhangian university student teachers from jihadi camps. this study was conducted with a qualitative method using a phenomenological approach. the researchers identified and selected 9 male student teachers sent to jihadi camps by using the criterion-type targeted sampling method. the research data was collected using semi-structured interview and the validity of the interview questions was examined and a semi-structured interview was conducted from them. in order to analyze the data obtained from the interviews, the seven-step collaizi method and the maxqda11 software were used as an analysis tool. guba and lincoln’s (1989) quadruple criterion was used to validate the findings. the experiences of student teachers in the form of four main themes of goals and nature (training of spiritual and jihadist teachers, taking care of deprived areas, increasing the morale of teamwork), the reason for attending (being with friends, fun and entertainment, interest, personal growth, sense of duty and empowerment) and skills), challenges and problems (identification and diagnosis of deprived areas, health and nutrition, transportation, lack of management of leisure time and difficulty of work) and consequences and achievements (progress of deprived areas, educational and educational growth of village students, skill training, psychological impact positive, increasing socialization and friendship and intimacy and strengthening the organization) were classified.
