تدوین الگوی مدیریت جهادی مبتنی بر ویژگی‌های فرمانده شهید حسن تهرانی مقدم

فرمانده شهید حسن تهرانی مقدم، یکی از مدیران جهادی عرصه‌های علمی نظامی انقلاب‌اسلامی با دارا بودن ویژگی‌های شخصیتی و مدیریت کلیدی مبتنی بر مولفه‌های مدیریت جهادی، بسترساز بسیاری از پیشرفت‌های شگرف در صنعت دفاعی کشور می‌باشد. از این رو تحقیق حاضر، به بررسی مولفه‌های اساسی مدیریت جهادی و تطبیق آن با ویژگی‌های شخصیتی و مدیریتی شهید حسن تهرانی مقدم به عنوان یکی از نخبگان و بنیان‌گذار صنعت موشکی و هوافضا پرداخته‌است. در این پژوهش ضمن تبیین و تشریح مدل مدیریت جهادی به مولفه‌های مورد نیاز این سبک مدیریتی پرداخته شده است. این تحقیق کیفی با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون، داده‌های دریافتی از منابع مطالعاتی و مصاحبه با فرماندهان و همراهان شهید را استخراج نموده و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار تحلیل کیفی maxqda، الگوی شخصیتی و مدیریتی شهید را با مولفه‌های اساسی مدل مدیریت جهادی برگرفته از آیات قرآن کریم و بیانات امامین انقلاب تطبیق داده است. مولفه‌های استخراج شده ذیل مضمون فراگیر و محوری مدیریت جهادی در سه دسته مضامین ساختاردهنده شامل: مولفه‌های ارزشی_نگرشی با 8 مضمون پایه ؛ مولفه‌های رفتاری_عملکردی با 14 مضمون پایه ؛ و ویژگی‌های مدیریتی با 21 مضمون پایه مطرح شده به عنوان الگوی مفهومی مدیریت جهادی تبیین شده است.

commander martyr hasan tehrani moghadam, one of the jihadi managers of the military scientific fields of the islamic revolution, with his personality traits and key management based on the components of jihadi management, is the foundation of many great developments in the country’s defense industry. therefore, the present research has investigated the basic components of jihadi management and its adaptation to the personality and management characteristics of martyr hassan tehrani moghadam as one of the elites and the founder of the missile and aerospace industry. in this research, while explaining and explaining the jihadi management model, the required components of this management style have been discussed. this qualitative research, using the method of thematic analysis, extracted the data received from study sources and interviews with the commanders and companions of the martyr, and using the qualitative analysis software maxqda, the personality and management model of the martyr with the basic components of the jihadi management model derived from the verses of the quran. karim has adapted the statements of imams of the revolution. the components extracted under the comprehensive and central theme of jihadi management in three categories of structuring themes include: value attitude components with 8 basic themes; functional behavioral components with 14 basic themes; and the management features are explained with 21 basic themes as a conceptual model of jihadi management.
