ارائه الگوی مدیریتی انقلابی در تراز جامعه اسلامی ازدیدگاه مقام معظم رهبری(مدظله العالی)

هدف اصلی پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر به طراحی الگوی مدیریت انقلابی در جامعه اسلامی مبتنی بر بیانات مقام معظم رهبری از سال 1390 لغایت سال1400 شمسی پرداخته است. روش پژوهش: روش انجام این پژوهش به صورت کیفی انجام شد؛ استخراج داده ها و مولفه ها با روش تحلیل مضمون از استخراج مولفه ها می باشد که با استفاده از نرم افزار maxqda نسبت به ترسیم شبکه مضامین اقدام شده است. یافته ها: با مطالعه عمیق بیانات مقام معظم رهبری حضرت آیت الله العضمی سید علی خامنه ای (مدظله العالی )مضامینی که معرف مدیرانقلابی در جامعه اسلامی بودند، بصورت کدگذاری باز،محوری وگزینشی جمع آوری شدند. نهایتا کدهای استخراج شده به روش تحلیل مضمون از مجموع 50سخنرانی در قالب 66کد باز ، 50 مضمون پایه و 5 مضمون سازمان دهنده طبقه بندی شدند، حاصل کار به صورت الگوی مدیریت انقلابی در مدیریت جامعه اسلامی ارائه شد. که شامل یک مضمون فراگیر بنام مدیر انقلابی و 5 شاخص اعتقادی،سیاسی ، شغلی ، اقتصادی و شخصیتی یک مدیر انقلابی شناسایی شد شایان ذکر است، مدیریت درست و به موقع این شاخص ها و نیز مولفه های آنها منجر به تعالی جامعه اسلامی خواهد شد که شایسته است موردتوجه کلیه خط مش گذاران سیاسی و مدیران کشور قرار گیرد.

presenting a revolutionary management model at the level of islamic society from the perspective of the supreme leader (modzaleh al-aali)

the main purpose of the study: the present study has been designed to design a model of revolutionary management in an islamic society based on the statements of the supreme leader from 2011 to 1400 ad.research method: the method of this research was qualitative; extraction of data and components by content analysis method is extraction of components, which has been done using maxqda software to draw the content network.findings: by deeply studying the statements of the supreme leader ayatollah seyyed ali khamenei (as), the topics that were introduced by the revolutionary leaders in the islamic society were collected in an open, pivotal and selective coding. finally, the codes extracted by content analysis method were classified from a total of 50 lectures in the form of 66 open codes, 50 basic themes and 5 organizing themes. the work was presented as a model of revolutionary management in the management of the islamic society. which includes a comprehensive theme called revolutionary leader and 5 beliefs, political, professional, economic and personality indicators of a revolutionary leader were identified. it should be considered by all political advisors and managers of the country.
