بررسی موانع و راهکارهای تامین امنیت فرهنگی جمهوری اسلامی در اندیشۀ آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای

فرهنگ، از جمله عوامل پیونددهندۀ آحاد مردم به یک‌دیگر است و از این‌رو، پرداختن امنیت فرهنگی، به‌نوعی به همۀ افراد جامعه ارتباط دارد. در مقولۀ امنیت فرهنگی باید هم به آسیب‌هایِ آن (در وجه سلبی) و نیز آثار ایجابیِ آن برای تثبیت و ارتقای امنیت در جامعه توجه نمود. از این‌رو، پرداختن به این موضوع، خود می‌تواند در باز کردن بابِ مباحثِ اساسی در زمینۀ امنیتِ همه‌جانبه، چه در عرصۀ عمل و چه در عرصۀ نظر کمک کند. این مسئله از دغدغه‌های مهم آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای در سال‌های اخیر بوده است و در این پژوهش با توجه به بیانان ایشان این پرسش مورد بحث قرار خواهد گرفت که موانع و راهکارهای تامین امنیت فرهنگی جمهوری اسلامی در اندیشۀ آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای چیست؟ روش این پژوهش «تحلیل گفتمان لاکلا و موف است. مهم‌ترین یافته‌های آن نیز عبارتند از اینکه: آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای تهدیدات امنیت فرهنگی را «اسلام‌زدایی»، «تهی کردن انقلاب از درون»،«فاسد کردن جوانان و اشاعۀ فسادِ سبک زندگی غربی» و«ناکارآمدی برخی از مدیران اجرایی‌فرهنگی» می‌دانند. در مقابل، با ارائۀ راه‌کار‌هایی، که دال‌های گفتمانِ ایشان را مشخص می‌کند تامین امنیت نرم در حوزۀ فرهنگ را «ترویج فرهنگ دینی و تعلیم فضایل اخلاقی»، «داشتن اقتدار و قوی نمودن کشور در عرصۀ فرهنگی»، «ارائۀ سبک زندگی ایرانی‌اسلامی» و «مدیریت جهادی کارآمد، اجرای صحیح قوانین و ترسیم نقشه مهندسی فرهنگی» می‌دانند.

Investigating the obstacles and strategies to ensure the cultural security of the Islamic Republic in the thought of Ayatollah Khamenei

Culture is one of the connecting factors of individuals and therefore, addressing cultural security is somehow related to all members of society. In the category of cultural security, one should pay attention to its harms (in a negative way) as well as its positive effects for establishing and promoting security in society. Addressing this issue itself can help to open up fundamental issues in the field of comprehensive security, both in practice and in opinion. This issue has been one of the important concerns of Ayatollah Khamenei in recent years, and in this study, according to his statements, the question will be discussed: what are the obstacles and strategies to ensure the cultural security of the Islamic Republic in Ayatollah Khamenei’s thought? The method of this research is &Laclau and Moff’s discourse analysis. Its most important findings are: Ayatollah Khamenei considers cultural security threats as &deIslamization&, &emptying the revolution from within&, &corrupting the youth and spreading corruption in the Western way of life& and &the inefficiency of some cultural executives&. On the other hand, by providing strategies that identify the areas of their discourse, providing soft security in the field of culture is &promoting religious culture and teaching moral virtues&, &having authority and strengthening the country in the cultural field&, &providing IranianIslamic lifestyle& and They know &efficient jihadi management, correct implementation of laws and drawing a cultural engineering plan&.
