مدل مدیریت تهدیدات سیاسی - امنیتی در جمهوری اسلامی ایران بر مبنای آگاهی، اعتماد و مشارکت اجتماعی

مطالعه تهدیدات امنیّت ملّی، یکی از مهم‌ترین و بنیادی‌ترین موضوعات امنیتی هر کشوری محسوب می‌گردد که شناخت آنها امری ضروری برای مدیریت انواع گوناگون تهدیدات به ویژه تهدیدات سیاسی امنیتی محسوب می گردد؛ از طرفی سرمایه اجتماعی با مولفه های اصلی خود از جمله آگاهی، اعتماد و مشارکت، یکی از نیازهای هر حکومت برای اداره جامعه و تحقق خواسته‌ها و مطلوبیت‌های حکمرانی جوامع امروزی می باشد؛ لذا با توجه به اهمیت موضوع و فقدان پژوهش های عمیق و کاربردی در این خصوص، محقق با هدف دستیابی به مدل مدیریت تهدیدات سیاسی امنیتی ج.ا.ایران بر مبنای مولفه های سه گانه آگاهی، اعتماد و مشارکت اجتماعی ، اقدام به این پژوهش نموده است.این تحقیق کاربردی توسعه‌ای است که با استفاده از روش نظریه مبنایی انجام شده است؛ پژوهش حاضر جهت دستیابی به پاسخی مناسب ، مستندات و مبانی نظری مرتبط با موضوع فوق را جمع‌آوری و نظرات تخصصی خبرگان را از طریق مصاحبه عمیق با 30 نفر از صاحب‌نظران این حوزه اخذ نموده و ضمن تجزیه‌وتحلیل یافته‌ها، عوامل اثرگذار را در جهت تدوین مدل مورد نظر، استخراج نموده است. این مدل در قالب 115 شاخص، 35 مولفه و 3 بعد، تدوین و طراحی گردیده است که محقق پس از نتیجه گیری و پاسخ به سئوالات در پایان پژوهش، پیشنهادات اجرایی و راهبردی متناسب با موضوع و یافته های تحقیق را ارائه نموده است.

Model of managing political-security threats in the Islamic Republic of Iran based on awareness, trust and social participation

The study of national security threats is one of the most important and fundamental security issues of any country, and recognizing them is essential for managing various types of threats, especially politicalsecurity threats; On the other hand, social capital with its main components such as awareness, trust and participation, is one of the needs of any government to govern society and fulfill the demands and desires of governing today’s societies; Therefore, due to the importance of the subject and the lack of indepth and practical research in this regard, the researcher with the aim of achieving a model of politicalsecurity threats management of the Islamic Republic of Iran based on the three components of awareness, trust and social participation, Has done.This is an applieddevelopmental research conducted using the &basic theory& method; In order to obtain an appropriate answer, the present study collected documents and theoretical foundations related to the above topic and obtained the expert opinions of experts through indepth interviews with 30 experts in this field. Has extracted the security of the Islamic Republic of Iran based on the components of awareness, trust and social participation &to formulate the desired model. This model has been compiled and designed with 115 indicators, 35 components and three dimensions. After concluding and answering the questions at the end of the research, the researcher has provided executive and strategic suggestions
