بررسی ظرفیت نمایشگاه های ملی در حمایت از تولید ملی (مورد مطالعه: نمایشگاه توانمندی های روستاییان و عشایر)

حمایت از تولید ملی یکی از ارکان اصلی سیاست های اقتصاد مقاومتی است، لذا شناسایی راهکارها و ایده هایی که زمینه تقویت تولید ملی را فراهم آورد را میتوان در راستای تحقق این سیاستها دانست. نمایشگاه های ملی دارای ظرفیت های ویژه ای برای توسعه و ترویج امر تولید در عمده کشورها هستند در پژوهش حاضر که با رویکرد کتابخانه ای پیمایشی انجام‌شده، ظرفیت های مختلفی که در یک نمایشگاه ملی برای حمایت از تولید داخل فراهم می شود، شناسایی شده است. سپس با پیمایش صورت گرفته در چهارمین نمایشگاه توانمندی‌های روستائیان و عشایر که با رویکرد و شعار محوری تبیین نقش روستائیان و عشایر در تحقق سیاست های رونق تولید در تابستان 1398 برگزار شد، این ظرفیت ها به طور دقیق و موردی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته اند. برای انجام این پژوهش، 194 پرسشنامه توسط غرفه داران نمایشگاه مذکور تکمیل گردید و در گام پایانی، تجزیه و تحلیل داده های گردآوری شده با استفاده از روش تاپسیس، انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان می دهد که متاسفانه حدود نیمی از کارکردها در نمایشگاه توانمندی های روستاییان و عشایر، نمره ای کمتر از 50 درصد را کسب کرده اند. بخش پایانی پژوهش حاضر به علت‌کاوی چرایی عدم استفاده مناسب از ظرفیت این نمایشگاه‌ها پرداخته شده است که پس از شناسایی این عوامل (در 19 مورد) به رتبه‌بندی آنها اقدام گردید.

Investigating the capacity of national rural and nomadic exhibitions in achieving the goals of resistance economic policies

National exhibitions have special capacities to develop and promote production in major countries, which unfortunately has been neglected in Iran. Studies show that national exhibitions play an important role in implementing the policies of the resistance economy (paragraphs 2, 3, 5, 6, 8, 9) In the present study, which was conducted with a librarysurvey approach, various capacities that are provided in a national exhibition to support domestic production have been identified. Then, with the survey conducted in the fourth exhibition of the capabilities of villagers and nomads, which was held with the central approach and slogan of explaining the role of villagers and nomads in the realization of production prosperity policies in the summer of 1398, these capacities have been evaluated accurately and case by case . To conduct this research, 194 questionnaires were completed by the exhibitors of the exhibition and in the final step, the collected data were analyzed using TOPSIS method. The results show that unfortunately about half of the functions in the exhibition of the capabilities of villagers and nomads have scored less than 50%. Although this exhibition has gained an acceptable position in playing the role of facilitating the identification of competitors in businesses, familiarity with customer expectations, as well as the introduction and branding of Iranian products, but today, exhibitions are not just a platform for introducing goods but also aspects of knowledge. And their development is very bold, which requires careful attention of policy makers and implementers to promote the use these functions.
