الگوی پیاده سازی نظام مدیریت دانش در شرکتهای دانش بنیان دفاعی

اصلی ترین هدف سازمان های دفاعی برای به کارگیری مدیریت دانش حفظ مزیت رقابتی و نگهداری آن در مراحل رشد و بلوغ در چرخه حیات سازمان می باشد و متناسب با پیشرفت دانش و فناوری نیاز به راه اندازی و همکاری با شرکت ها و مجموعه های دانش بنیان دارد که به دنبال آن نیازمند اجرا و پیاده سازی قاعده ها و الگوهایی جهت مدیریت دانش می‌باشد. دراین پژوهش با مطالعه ادبیات موضوع و تحقیقات پیشین، مجموعه جامعی از عوامل موثر استخراج، و پس از غربالگری توسط خبرگان در نهایت7 محور اصلی و 43 گویه موثر، مشخص، و روایی آنها با روش ترستون، پایایی پرسشنامه با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ تایید و نظر به انتخاب جامعه آماری در شرکت های دانش بنیان همکار با صنایع دفاعی ، 85 پرسشنامه مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. برای پیش پردازش داده ها از نرم افزار excel و spss و جهت شناسایی عوامل، تایید و اعتبار سنجی مدل و رتبه بندی عوامل از روش معادلات ساختاری با نرم افزار smart pls انجام گردید.یافته های تحقیق نشان می دهد الگوی پیاده سازی نظام مدیریت دانش در شرکتهای دانش بنیان دفاعی شامل هفت عامل ساختار سازمانی، رهبری، فناوری، فرآیندها، کارکنان، راهبرد و پیامدها است که طبق رتبه بندی انجام شده، ساختار سازمانی بیشترین اهمیت و پیامدها کمترین اهمیت را دارد. پیشنهاد می شود در آینده محققان به آسیب شناسی عوامل محدود کننده و موانع استقرار نظام مدیریت دانش در شرکت های دانش بنیان دفاعی بپردازند.

Implementation model of knowledge management systems in Defensive knowledge based companies

The main goal of defense organizations is to use knowledge management to maintain competitive advantage and maintain it in the stages of growth and maturity in the organization’s life cycle, and in accordance with the advancement of knowledge and technology, it is necessary to set up and collaborate with corporations and knowledge collections. Which requires the implementation and implementation of guidelines and models for knowledge management. In this research, by studying the subject literature and previous researches, a comprehensive collection of effective factors of extraction, and after screening by the experts, ultimately 7 main axes and 43 effective criteria, and their validity with Truston method, reliability of the questionnaire with Cronbach’s alpha coefficient and approval 85 statistical questionnaires were used to select the statistical society in the knowledge societies with the defense industry. For preprocessing of data, Excel and SPSS software was used to identify the factors, confirmation and validation of the model and ranking of factors using Structural Equation Method with Smart PLS software. The results of the research show that KMS implementation model Knowledgebased defense companies include seven factors of organizational structure, leadership, technology, processes, personnel, strategy and outcomes. According to the rankings, organizational structure has the least importance and the most important implications. It is suggested that researchers in future investigate the pathogens of limiting factors and obstacles to deploying knowledge management systems in knowledge based companies.
